This custody arrangement is starting to look more and more like a 50-50 split the more we see Jon out with the kids. Some big victory for Kate.

As a child advocate, I'm wondering why some of the children do not have coats on. It was rather cold in PA today. How could a great father be so careless.
I think they were kids being kids when it was almost 50* out the sun was shining. My kids are tough to get them to keep their coats on. I try my best, but sometimes it's a matter of picking my battles.
Me? I'd have insisted they have coats on or stay in the house. If I wanted to I could criticize everything I see in the pics, from their clothes, to hair, to playing with a stick, to bare heads, to no gloves playing in the snow, etc., but I'm just glad to see them outside with their dad appearing to be enjoying the day.
I grew up in a very cold area, even farther north than Pennsylvania. Keep in mind that when kids are outside, they are typically exerting themselves. From the pictures, these kids were playing ball, digging holes, and running around. It is enough to keep their blood warm and a big thick jack not necessarily required. Kids can actually get overheated if bundled up too tightly. They're fine, kids that age will seek shelter or a jacket if they are cold. I'd hate to see their playtime interupted by a worry-wart parent forcing mittens and hats on them they'll only end up tearing off. And remember it's a myth that cold temperatures cause kids to get sick.
Yes, it does look to me like they split their time. It is not all Kate clean slate burdened with all the responsibility.
I bet Kate is secretly gone with Steve Nield the bodyguard sitting in the Red Carpet of the Golden Globes tonight waiting for Natale Morales her buddy to sneak her inside.
I've done a lot of family law orders and it's not unusual to have one parent not happy with a visitation order that gives one parent the weekends and one the weekdays. A lot of parents think that the weekdays are "easier" because the kids are in school all day and you can do what you want. The weekends is when you have to be there for them all day long, meals, watching them, driving them, finding things for them to do....so arguably, with Jon spending so many weekends with the kids (appears to be, EVERY weekend), he is certainly pulling his weight, in my opinion.
Who was with the children all night during his weekend on duty. Apparantly he stumbled home about 4 a.m. Isn't it his responsibility to remain with them?
I do not know how her hair will hold up. But, I was watching the Golden Globes and I think that Kate has a copycat. Michael C Hall wore a hat. When the camera zoomed on him I laughed and thought, maybe he is hiding a new hairdo for the world to see.

Why are the children not smiling in these photos? Jon looks like he's yelling at some of them? Still in hangover mode.
Isn't that Kate's SUV in the picture?

I thought I read somewhere Irene that they were going to share a hotel room as well!

I don't know it's raining steadily in LA, how would her hair hold up?

Why worry about her hair. As soon as the rain touches her all you will hear :
"I'm Melting I'm Melting!
Irene, do NOT feed the trolls or I will ban you from the blog. Let me delete them and do not respond. Thank you.

The Gosselin Saga continues......
I think it is a victory for the whole family when the parents split their time 50/50. That's how it is a victory for Kate.
Of course, it's a bigger victory when the marriage stays together, but not everyone is as good at it as I am :)
