Posing for fake "paparazzi" photos for Radar Online. Like we're all stupid and don't know the pics are all staged! What's next, photos of her taking the kids to the school bus? She hasn't done the early morning run in ages, has she? That crappy job is for the nannies, I guess.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Khate stages a photo opp of her picking the kids up from school today - but first, she bribes them all by saying if each one of them pastes great big smiles on their faces when they see her at the bus stop this afternoon, and run off the bus to her, giving her great big hugs, she promises they can each pick out whatever toy they want from Toys R Us this weekend. Because we know she's aware of the photos of Jon being greeted happily and enthusiastically by his kids the other day, in stark contrast to how they look when they see Khate there to pick them up, so now she has to compete.

Jibber Jabbers has a GREAT side by side comparison of the Jon v. Khate bus pick-ups!

A picture is worth a thousand words. You can't make up or spin the looks on children's faces. THAT is reality!

Jon, no matter how much or how often people call you a loser, you are a winner in the eyes of your children, and there's nothing more precious or more rewarding. Treat them well...

mamamia said... 4

Oh now you've sent Kate's publicist in search of ROL cellphone number so she can schedule a photo op of Kate with the kids all smiles doing something fun - maybe they will get an ice cream they can actually eat without her freaking out on them. One day Kate will realize that the universe was trying to tell her - you sold out your kids, this is wrong, this has harmed them, the harm you caused them is yours to own and atone.

That is one of the worst staged photos I have seen.

Thought you might like an excerpt from todays Fox 411

"Kate has her hands beyond full. Her life was busy enough before she signed up to do DWTS and now it's just full speed ahead," the insider said. "She is spending two to three days filming, blocking and going through the massive wardrobe and hair and makeup at the show in LA. She flies in just before she's needed for filming at the end of the weekend, and she flies out as soon as her obligations are done following the results show on Tuesdays."

So who's taking up the parenting slack?

Surprise - it's her ex-husband Jon!

"Jon has long visits every other weekend, but he is nearby and around to visit the kids if he is needed. They are co-parenting a little more," the insider said.

Anonymous said... 7

It's nice to hear some good may be coming out of her DWTS stint.

"Jon has long visits every other weekend, but he is nearby and around to visit the kids if he is needed. They are co-parenting a little more," the insider said.

If that information is correct then what in the hell is up? Previously Jon had visitation 2 full weeks out of each month. I sure hope it is wrong but i bet it is right. Each week when Kart comes back from LA she needs her dancing studio. That really aggravates me that Jon signed off on that. Oh, but they both have the BEST interests of the kids in mind FIRST AND FOREMOST---NOT.

Anonymous said... 9

Wish Jon would show himself more,he is a good dad,he has gotten a bad rap and it is so unfair at least he is there for the kids,I know that writing a book maybe is not the best because of the kids, but I hope more people will see the good things about him,yes ,he has made mistakes but who among us hasn,t?I know I have, and learned from them as well.

Please, I'm sick of hearing that Khate is so busy and that she flies back and forth for DWTS. Why doesn't anyone mention the fact that Evan Lysacek is traveling all week every week for Stars on Ice and basically just getting in dance practices on the road and in different places every time (Anna is traveling with him everywhere)?

Evan's recent tweets:

Oh, but poor Khate has it soooo hard, training in her own freaking house in the basement on a dance floor that DWTS installed just for her. Boo freaking hoo!

What makes you think you can convince 5-6 young children to smile (or frown) all at the same time if they don't want to? Isn't it possible what's in their hearts is showing on their faces? Unless you mean something else by worst staged.

Nancyb, I've never heard that Jon was given two full weeks each month. Where did you find that info?

Interesting. Don't they live in CA? So, just to accommodate Queen Khate, DWTS has to fly Tony's family out to PA?

Funny, Khate has no problem being away from her EIGHT children most of the time, but Tony apparently doesn't like being away from his wife and kids. Ha!

IATK said... 21

Tony's family lives on the east coast.

Nobody Likes a Narcissist said... 22

Oh, so Tony travels to CA all the time for DWTS? Wow, that's a pain. He must hardly see his family during a normal DWTS season because he usually has to stay in L.A. to practice with his partner. Do you think that's one of the reasons DWTS paired him with Khate, so Tony could at least come back East and see his family during this season? I would imagine that some of the other pro dancers, if they live in CA, would not really like the fact that they'd have to travel back and forth to PA all season.

I decided to reflect on whether I feel any guilt for wanting Kate to remain on the show because I'm enjoying watching her make a fool of herself.....and decided that it's okay not to feel guilty about that. Because:

1. When it comes to integrity...in the big scheme of things, my possible slip of my integrity is but a mere blip on the screen compared to the lack of integrity of Kate, and especially of TLC.

And I'm having a difficult time dredging up negative feelings towards ABC because a) someone surely had an evil glint in his/her eye when they dressed her in that get-up and gave her that hair-don't for that particular dance and b) there was another evil glint when someone decided to show her being obnoxious to the highly-respected Tony Dovolani. So I'm tending to be kinda cool with how ABC has handled this so far. And...

2. Kate deserves it. She's not a minor like her children are and were and is fully able to give reasonable and legal consent for this and she is not mentally handicapped (unless having NPD would be considered an actual handicap). She's not only consenting to this but she's loving it. And...

3. The old "the devil made me do it" defense. The thought of a passionate Spanish dance about bull-fighting transformed into a rendition of Kate's recent life...and with Kate dancing again...is just too rife with possibilities for hilarity....that I cannot resist. Sorry...the devil is making me do it.

I do have to admit that for a few seconds there, I had to turn away in embarrassment and almost felt sorry for her....but when I really evaluate my feelings, I honestly don't feel guilty for enjoying this.

The ONLY reason that would seem remotely apt would be that DWTS is supposed to be a dance competition so this is making a mockery of it. But they seem to have made it fairly clear that at least in the beginning, it is also a popularity contest....so I'm not letting that make me feel guilty either.

Lawyer: TV’s Jon Gosselin seeking help in Media

By Mari A. Schaefer
INQUIRER STAFF WRITER

Don't be surprised if you see Jon Gosselin, of the defunct Jon and Kate Plus 8 series, in Delaware County.

Gosselin's new Media-based attorney, Anthony List, said Jon will visit his offices Friday to discuss a number of postdivorce issues and matters related to Gosselin's contract with TV network TLC.

About five years ago, List said he received a call from an old friend and classmate - Thomas Gosselin, Jon's father. The two go back to their days at Monsignor Bonner High School in Upper Darby and later college at Mount St. Mary's University in Maryland.

Tom Gosselin, who was in poor health at the time, asked him List to be available should his son's family need a lawyer, the attorney said.

About five weeks ago, List said he received a call from Beverly Hills. It was Jon Gosselin.

"I think I need your help," Gosselin  told List.

In addition to contract issues with TLC, List said they plan to review the custody arrangement. He said they are concerned Kate's busy schedule leaves little time with the kids.

"I don't know how she is able to spend any quality time with the children," said List. "Children need the physical presence of a mother especially during these tender years."

Kate Gosselin is currently a contestant on the popular TV series Dancing with the Stars. Kate and her partner, Tony Dovolani, survived to dance another week when former Beverly Hills 90201 star Shannen Doherty was sacked during Tuesday's episode.

In February, Jon Gosselin settled a breach-of-contract lawsuit with TLC. The network sued Gosselin appearing on other shows when he was still under contract for Jon & Kate Plus 8. Jon countersued and claimed the network violated child labor. The settlement was not disclosed.

Since the show's demise the couple has become fodder for tabloids.

Recently, In Touch Weekly reported Jon was asked to leave the home of girlfriend Morgan Christie, 25, of Santa Barbara.

IATK said... 26

SG, I just read this on another site. I'm glad to see Jon moving forward and at least investigating the possibilities. Hopefully since this lawyer was a friend of his dad's he will have the kid's best interests at heart.

But just watch, they'll put a "Jon the bad guy trying to steal the kids away from Kate" spin on this. I hope he's mentally and emotionally prepared for that.

I'll see if I can find other articles and post.

Report: Kate Gosselin Kicked Off Dancing with the Stars For "Diva-Like Behavior"

April 1st, 2010 2:59 PM by Free Britney

Guess the producers of Dancing with the Stars decided enduring even one more Kate Gosselin tirade wasn't worth the effort, because she's been let go.

Finishing the job that voters somehow couldn't after her debacle of a performance Monday, the network brass told Kate to pack her bags earlier today.

The former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8, who was planning a dancing homage to that bygone classic, caused nothing but headaches since joining the cast.

Her partner, Tony Dovolani, apparently decided he had enough and threatened to quit unless he was transferred to another star. ABC did him one better.

This face is also made by fans watching Kate dance.

Jon Gosselin put up with her for 10 years. ABC? About a month. The decision was handed down Thursday morning, with a source saying Kate was "shocked."

Having become universally despised on the set (basically the Vienna Girardi of Dancing with the Stars), few tears were shed over Kate's sudden dismissal.

What was the final straw in Gosselin being kicked off?

She was pushing her luck from the moment she first set foot on the ballroom floor. Follow the jump and read exactly what got Kate kicked off this time ...

April Fools! Did you fall for this BS story?

We wouldn't blame you, since Kate's diva-like behavior requires no exaggeration. Everyone, including Tony Dovolani, can vouch that she is painful.

Nevertheless, that's not enough to get her the boot for real - in fact, the drama will likely lead to big ratings for the competition. Gotta have a story, right?

Another reason we considered for kicking Gosselin off the show was the uncovering of an elaborate, vote-rigging conspiracy in which she required her eight kids to vote for her 1,000 times each or else they would not eat for a week.

I've often wondered what the hell kind of settlement these two had in their divorce. How much equity do they have in the McMansion and is it solely Khate's? Has anyone looked up the records to see if there was a Deed transfer after the divorce?

If Jon had been my client, I would have advised that he fight like hell to get that house sold and split the profits. Even if they don't have a lot of equity, the monthly carrying costs on that house must be quite hefty. The argument that they have EIGHT kids, so they're keeping that house for the children, ("It's the kids' house", Khate has said), doesn't hold up. First of all, they could easily live in a more modest four bedroom home. Plenty of large families do so. One bedroom for the parents, one for the twin girls, one for the three boys and one for the three younger girls. I assume that's what their old house was like, but I never watched this show until last year when you just couldn't get away from the train wreck of their lives.

Jon should have fought to sell the house and then they each should have bought smaller homes and split custody. The kids would survive. It doesn't matter if there are EIGHT kids or two, divorce isn't easy, but most kids get through the transition. In fact, I don't think their present set up is healthy for ANYONE! It appears to be Queen Khate's house, and Jon is simply a visitor who is allowed to come and stay there (above the garage) when Khate is gone doing something better. For these people to truly move on, they should sell the big house and each have their own house where they can have the kids during their time with them. I honestly think Jon was duped by Khate, who told him this arrangement was best for the children, but it was Khate who didn't want to give up her recently acquired McMansion. I also think that once Khate planted her ass in that house, she decided she got what she wanted and she didn't need Jon anymore.

GREAT Post, Dee.
I agree, ABC is having fun at Kate's expense and she (and her fans) don't seem to realize her 15 minutes were up a long time ago. The more she stays in the media eye, the more people learn to hate her.

I love Tony. What a great man.

Anonymous said... 31

Thanks Proud Hater.
I feel like I waited so long for karma to finally get her and was so frustrated....that I find myself almost stunned that it's come to this.

And when I try and think why I'm so stunned...I think it's the "what in the world possessed her to think this was a good idea?" I'm not a good dancer (though I think I'm likely better than Kate, actually) and knowing that, I have rarely danced in public. In fact, the total of three times I probably danced in my life, I was probably drunk.

I mean...the clarity with which I would immediately know that me trying to dance on TV would be the ruination of any shred of dignity I might have left...and then to wonder what possessed her to even assume...just floors me, I think.

This endeavor has turned out to be far more horrifying for her that I ever could have predicted.

And Tony Dovolani may be the guy who single-handedly brings her down. You have to love him just for that.

Admin,

Since Kate initiated the divorce, I don't think she should be entitled to use the Gosselin last name anymore.

If Jon successfully petitioned the court, could Kate be ordered to revert back to her maiden name Krieder?

Anonymous said... 33

You can have any name you want as long as it isn't committing fraud. No court can make you take back your maiden name.

Anonymous said... 34

Itsaboutthekids:
I'm pretty certain that the admin can adress the issue with the house and equity in family law situations. Having gone through a divorce, here in the state of Maryland, I can only share what the laws are here.

In the seperation process, we went through a pendente lite process whereupon my ex wanted to establish support during the seperation process until the divorce was final. During that pendente lite hearing, the house was declared the family home and I was instructed by the court to continue with the mortgage and all other incidentals until the final divorce hearing.

Upon the final divorce decree, the house was still the family home and aside from paying rehabilitative alimony for six months, the house was still considered the family home but only for a period of three years. After that, it was to be sold and after expenses split on both sides, any and all equity was split between both parties.

I wouldn't begin to speculate as to what would happen to the Gosselin home as it is set up as a trust, in an attorney's name and reports are so widespread, no one knows what to believe other than what is written into the land records of PA.

Testimony from Jon Gosselin during a deposition this past fall was that TLC gifted the house to the Gosselins. Land records refute that as there is a $750,000 mortgage for 10 years on the property. Whether it is the responsibility of the Gosselins or Discovery Entertainment, no one will know.

Nobody Likes a Narcissist said... 36

Anon - thanks for the info about the Gosselin house and how the title might be held. Maybe I should look that up. Can someone tell me what County the house is in? As far as the legal info, like our Administrator here, I'm an experienced attorney. I was just wondering what the Gosselin divorce agreement entailed because from what I can tell, Jon had one hell of a crappy attorney. It appears that Khate's attorney fought like hell for Khate to keep the house (for the kids, blah, blah, blah) and it seems that Jon gave in too easily and/or his attorney sucked. I never in a million years would advise my client to go along with a situation like this. Jon needs a home of his own and separate parenting time with the children, and I don't mean where he comes and visits them in what is now essentially Khate's home, (and allowing her to just continue controlling him).

Also, we have two people here who have no real jobs and no measurable regular income. It would be extremely difficult, and pure speculation, to forecast their earnings over the next year and years. They each could make $50,000, let's say, doing some appearances and such, or one of them could make $1 million or more with tv and book deals. Nobody really knows if they could afford to stay in that house or not, and as in most divorces, it would have been better to scale down. I'm very curious as to how much equity they have in the house, what other assets they have and how it was split. Maybe it's not that Jon gave in and/or his attorney sucked. Given the fact that Khate's the one with the big earnings these last couple of years, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually bought Jon out on the house since she's the one who can afford to carry it on a monthly basis. I think she very much wanted that McMansion and she had no intention of giving it up. Still, I don't believe it's in the best interests of the children, or very healthy for Jon. Yet, once again, Queen Khate prevails.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said... 37

We haven't seen the divorce settlement and what we've heard about it isn't much.

My best guess is that Kate bought Jon out of the house. That's usually how it works. Or you sell it and split it. Who knows, maybe they thought they should wait to sell until the economy is better. TLC being the third wheel in the house could really complicate things.

I also think that Jon just wanted this over with and to run, and now that he's stepped back from the situation and had some time he's rethinking what he's done. We know how Kate is in marriage, imagine what a nightmare she is in a divorce. I think Jon just wanted it DONE. Now he's realizing he wants to fight again for a better deal.

Do I think he could get a MUCH better custody order? YES EASILY. Especially with Kate in LA so much and so focused on her own career. Absent abuse, any judge would allow Jon to be with the kids when Kate isn't in LA.

I can't figure out a pattern to his visitation. It almost sounds like they work it out month to month depending on Kate's schedule.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said... 38

I meant when Kate IS in LA or out of town, any judge if Jon wanted to would let him stay with the kids. Kate would never be able to convince a judge a nanny is better than their loving and appropriate father.

Nobody Likes a Narcissist,

I looked up the deed info on the McMansion and there has been no change. It is still owned under the original trust agreement.

Anonymous said... 41

It's also possible that the trust won't convey until either or both parties fulfill their obligations to TLC. Once they satisfy their contractual obligations to the network, the deed will pass, free and clear to both Jon and Kate.

This is perhaps why Kate initiated the divorce proceedings in such a hastily arranged manner and saying she needed to do it to protect her family. At the time, Jon wasn't honoring his part of the TLC contract and Kate was possibly advised by TLC that unless she reigns him in, they both could lose the property, much like he lost the custom made motorcycle for not behaving according to the terms of his contract. This of course is all speculation on my part but it does seem plausible.

Anonymous said... 42

I would also be willing to bet that Kate and Jon are not responsible for the payment on the mortgage while the property remains in a trust. It would be quite possible that to avoid tax obligations on the house, they would pay 1 dollar per year to live there so that they wouldn't have to claim the free housing as income. Once the property conveys, they would only have to pay a capital gains on the sale of the property over and above the first two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.

In doing a title search on the property, wouldn't the mortgage documents be attached to the deed and any other liens on the property as well? That would all be a matter of public record.

Re: Nobody Likes a Narcissist--The house is in Berks County, PA.
I'm glad, if the report is true, that Jon is reaching out to a trusted family attorney regarding the TLC contract troubles and the custody arrangement. In a bitter divorce, Jon needs the help of family and trusted friends--not 20-something chicas who may just want a little of the spotlight/media attention.

Jon Gosselin: looking at his options.

Former "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star Jon Gosselin may be away from the spotlight with his ex-wife Kate on "Dancing With the Stars," but the reality TV dad is still looking at his own future options.

According to a local Fox affiliate, Jon met with attorney Anthony List in Media, Pennsylvania on Friday to discuss matters related to his TLC contract and the custody battle involving Kate. As of right now, Jon is only seeing the famous eight children every other weekend.

Gosselin was reportedly connected to List thanks to his father, who placed a call to him as an "old friend" five years ago. Jon himself called the attorney near the beginning of March, and the two set ahead some time to talk.
Justing from this statement by List, making sure the kids are taken care of seems to be a high priority:

"I don't know how she is able to spend any quality time with the children...Children need the physical presence of a mother especially during these tender years."

Anonymous said... 48

And what attorney will go before the media to discuss client conversations and concerns, thus tipping off the other side? Sounds like Jon just got himself another Mark Heller, just a little closer to home. More PR crap. Who tipped off the media that Jon was meeting with an attorney? Did Jon pull a Kate and tip off the media? Did Jon's attorney call the media? Why all of a sudden is Dr. Gosselin's last dying wish for his childhood friend, now attorney showing up when the entire world knew what was going on with these grifters and this attorney stayed out of the fray?

More Gosselin manipulation and both Jon and Kate know how to play the game at the expense of the kids.

Jon called him. And yes, he should have done it at least when Kate started with her whole, I'm gonna be gone all the time cuz I'm so special. I think that they (TLC and Kate) have been stringing him along since the settlement and he is just now realizing that they are not going to work with him....
