After a brief visit with Jon after their trip to Alaska and L.A., Jon dropped the kids off at Kate's yesterday. This disturbing video shows kids in hysterics not wanting to go.
And the "rumor" that Jon is forced to drop the kids off at the end of the driveway again appears to be true. This is the second time Jon has been seen at the end of the driveway for a drop off. Jon and Kate should please pick a neutral location to pick up and drop off the kids. This business at the end of the driveway sends kids the very unhealthy message that their beloved Daddy is an outcast not worthy of gracing the front door.

Wow .. those poor children. This is the first time I saw this video, my heart is broken for those poor children. I cannot imagine what goes on in that house.

Wow there are an enormous amount of people talking on here, about some kids they do not even know. Honestly take this passion down to your local woman's shelter, or join Big Brothers/Big Sisters, if you care about 'kids you have never met' lives. I find these blogs are just negativity swirling around and around, and they take up people's time, so they don't have to think about their own lives. We have NO IDEA what these two people are doing, the fact that this much discussion is put into something you will never know, seems idiotic to me. There are so many wonderful organizations that could use your time, passion and energy. I have been a big sister for years, and it is wonderful. Did you ever think the kids are destroyed because a) there are paps outside, and Kate has taught them to fear anyone with a lens b) These kids freak out when they do not get what they want because they are spoiled rotten c) They are screaming because divorce hurts, and they love their dad, and there are 6 of them, so to be heard, means to multiply your screams 6 fold, it is not one dad, one kid getting all the attention.
I have never watched this ridiculous show, I am truly amazed though by how many people despise this woman! Her kids very soon are going to get on the internet and start reading this stuff about their mom, do you really want them to read your mom is a bitch,money hungry, etc, do you think that will help these kids psychi and well-being... if you really cared, which I am not sure why you would as you have NEVER MET THEM, you should turn off your computers, and go make this world a better place.

Has the reason been made public as to why she won't allow him on the property? What happened to "sharing" the house because it would be a much better arrangement for the kids? I remember when it was announced, I knew it wasn't going to last long because there was no way she was going to get out of the house that was "mine, all mine" even if it was only for a few days.
So...why is he banned? More importantly, can he legally be banned, depending upon whose name is on the mortgage...or does the trust control who owns the property and who has the final say?

Jon and Kate Gosselin still in custody battle
While some have said that Jon and Kate have reached some sort of highly confidential agreement, Jon Gosselin’s attorney, Mary Vidas, tells CNN that a settlement in the custody battle has yet to be reached.
I'm not near a TV today but has anybody seen if the mainstream media has picked up on this video yet?
Will this be swept under the rug like denying a kid water, spanking for blowing a whistle or dragging kids all over NYC in 100 degree weather?

All I have on my screen in place of the video is a white space. There are only pics. All the videos on INF are the same on my computer. Also on the 15 min site. Wonder why that is? I reaaly want to see this video.
I found the video disturbing.
This was defiantly a cry for help. Jon and Kate are too self absorb, blind, stupid, etc. to see the damage they are doing to their children.
They need to stop being selfish, stop playing these "divorce games", and start being SELFLESS with the kids.
The sheeple are claiming that the kids are upset to be leaving their dad, nothing more. They are choosing to ignore the FACT that the kids don't merely sound upset, they sound terror stricken.
Watch Leah's leg kicking in the front seat (about 3/4 of the way through to the end). That's agitation, wanting to get out of that seat and go with Jon. This is a response, a reflex, not staged by any means. The look on her face is not one that can be faked. These are not child actors who have taken professional acting classes.
I find it hard to believe that even the most clueless sheeple can't see that this isn't staged. You know, perhaps they really can see the seriousness of the situation, but they have become so hardened, so steadfast in their support of Kate, that it's gotten to the point where absolutely nothing is going to change their minds, and that's sad, so very sad. I wonder what it's going to take for that to happen. Something is going to go down soon in this whole fiasco, and I'm afraid that it's not going to be pretty.

It would be interesting to see a side by side scenario of kate leaving the children vs jon. remember when she was gone for weeks during DWTS then turned around and headed to NYC? the children just stood there as she flippedly (sp?) waved goodbye to them. i don't remember the post, but it's astounding how the children reacted in each of these situations.

I doubt we'll be seeing any 'phony Kate playing with kids in front yard damage control' photos. She's probably lamenting the tree plantings right about now, wouldn't you say? However, should we see pics taken in front of the bank of trees or in the driveway, well how obvious would those be? I guess she could always invite Chris inside the iron bars, spank him for yesterday and command him to shoot the play acting.

I watched this video and it was disturbing on so many levels. It is a sign that these kids are afraid to go home. They are not handling the divorce well at all. They are living their lives in such a whirlwind, that I truly believe these kids will never recover from this damage being done to them. Kate made a huge mistake pursuing this divorce. She wanted what she wanted, and she knew staying married to Jon, he would interfere with her agenda. I am not a Jon fan, but not many women would divorce a man like that, especially one that was more than willing to raise eight kids after she tricked him into it.He was not perfect, but dang he was helpful, and a good dad and I believe he loved Kate at some point, but she shunned him for money and fame. He wanted to work it out, and his kids adore him. Did she even think for once how this rushed/makes no sense divorce, would affect the kids?? Those kids were afraid in that video and something is not right in that household. Why would any kid be so upset to go home to mommy, unless she was mistreating them? I can see some sadness leaving daddy, but these kids were distraught. I pray that someone takes notice. If I could, I would send this video to CPS in Penn. If they question the kids I bet that show would be stopped ASAP. So sad for the kids, to have everything, but really nothing.
Someone should follow Chris around everyday with a camera.
