As for this craziness the sheeple are engaging in, someone please talk me out of going to the one or two sites that I am even aware of. I went to them only a couple of times and my head hurt. So, I really don't want to waste my time with their nonsense. BUT, for you sheeple reading this, I need to tell you that you all must look up the differences between:

"then" and "than"
"their", "there", and "they're"
"a lot" (it's TWO words, not one!!)
And a few others that I cannot recall at the moment, but that's a good start. My children had that mastered by the third grade, btw. So, c'mon, study up, you can do it!
Is there any proof that anyone has actually contacted someone's employer, or is this simply a rumor? If it is accurate, how many people are involved? It seems that people here are attributing such behavior to an entire group of people who happen to disagree with you, rather than to the specific individuals responsible. I'm sure I would fit your definition of a "sheeple" since I do not consider Kate Gosselin to be the Antichrist, but I most certainly would never condone contacting someone's employer if that has in fact happened. It's fundamentally wrong.
Having said that, I do feel compelled to point out that I haven't worked in food service since I had a part-time job in the dining commons when I was an undergrad, my career aspirations have been realized and I command a healthy hourly rate as a well-respected consultant in my chosen field. Oh, and back in the days before I ran my own business, I never stole from my employer or got in trouble at work. The generalizations being expressed here are completely uncalled for, rude and grossly inaccurate.

Wow, I read the information regarding Chris the pap and his prior DUIs, domestic disturbance, etc. And is it true that he's driving since last year with a suspended license? He took photos and videos of the children regularly during this period of time. Steve is with this family for security? What a joke. I think his only concern is getting a paycheck from TLC with no regard for the family. And neither Jon or Kart knew anything about this pap and allowed him to harass and photograph their children? They are all losers. I think the nonsense early birthday celebration in NY with the beat up limo, Steve taking photos in what looked like an alley entrance, and the film crew and Jamie (who is probably getting paid by TLC also) was really Kart's farewell party. There are ways to obtain identities. Someone would slip up; information disclosed; it takes some sleuthing, but it can produce results. In the hands of a resourceful person, it's surprising what can be done in the matter of internet stalking.

Anyway, back to my original post, I was bemused by a picture of the McGhee sextuplets on the back page of the March 28th National Enquirer. According to what I've read so far on the Internet, they seem to initially be handling the birth of their sextuplets quite differently than the Gosselins. While they do have wishlists of needed equipment, including a van, they do not appear to be actively soliciting (at least to the extent of Kate and Jon)freebies and according to their facebook page donations from the diaper, baby food, etc. companies were nonexistent. I've copied and pasted the following: The halving of their income comes at a time when the community and corporate support that used to accompany multiple births seems to be wearing thin.
Mrs. McGhee said Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee sent six Buckeyes onesies, and the Columbus City Council gave them a certificate honoring the city's first - and Ohio's second - set of sextuplets. But they have received nary a donated diaper, and a fund set up at Chase bank after the babies' birth on June 9 remains empty.

"My parents moved in with us, and the community had a little baby shower," Mrs. Slaughter said. "Senior citizens stood outside Walmart and had bake sales, and they were able to collect enough to purchase a used 15-passenger van. I don't know what we'd have done without it."
Mr. McGhee, who is trying to grow his own carpet-cleaning business, said he doesn't like seeking help. But he knows that Rozonno Jr., Isaac, Josiah, Elijah, Madison and Olivia - who likely will begin leaving Ohio State University Medical Center in the next two weeks - don't care about pride.
There is also a blog which compares the level of help other HOM (all Caucasian) have received to the little the McGhees have received. But I don't want to go down that road. What I found most interesting was the statement made by the HOM support network president re: the public's decreased involvement and the comments that follow.
I was curious how my fellow readers feel. Has grifting Kate and Octomom made it harder for future families with HOM to obtain help/empathy from the public? Do we read articles about these families and wonder how long it will be before they jump on the grifting bandwagon? Are we cynical about their motivation in using fertility drugs? This isn't new behavior for them. They've tried this in the past with blog owners, bloggers, Jon, Ellen and others with laughable results. They think they're slick and superior to everyone and by trying to create problems for "haterz" that they're winning some kind of battle, but instead they're being laughed at by these people's employers. The people that are being attacked or bullied alert their employers to what is going on and the employers simply ignore the calls or complaints or whatever tactic they're using. One of these times they're going to push the wrong person a little too hard and find themselves on the wrong side of the law. It's just a matter of time, imo before one of them lands themselves in a big pile of hot steaming horse shi$$y trouble.
If I felt any type of emotion for them other than contempt I might say that I pity them for the shallow and contemptable lives they lead, but I don't. I can only describe them as disgusting examples of humanity and cowards who hide behind their keyboards with judgmental and sanctimonious attitudes and I can't wait for them to finally get all that is due to them.

I asked earlier if they were taking the student complaints from that site or were they interviewing this professor's students directly. Copying public comments from a website is a little bit different than actually following this person and harassing them and/or their students. I've been saying this all along. It's inevitable. They're going to go after someone in law enforcement; an attorney; a public official and they won't know who it is that they are stalking until it's too late for them. I believe that will be the end of it for the sheeple cyberstalkers, unless, of course, they really are clueless as they appear and they begin the cycle all over again! More times than not, when you're caught and have to pay the consequences, you learn not to repeat the error of your ways. But, if some of the sheeple are as clueless as they present themselves to be, they'll start the cycle all over again!
The same holds true with copying posts from other sites and pasting them on their blog for the purpose of dissecting them and attacking the blogger. Flirting with copyright laws is no laughing matter. It will come back to bite them in the behind. I wonder if they have any idea what the penalties are in that case. I have a feeling that as time goes by, and internet copyright law isn't such a gray matter, they may find out -- the hard way.
susantoyota - Another HUGE difference between Kate and the McGhees - there was a drive by a local (Columbus, Ohio) YMCA not long ago, collecting food, etc. for a local food/clothing bank/shelter. The McGhees showed up with cases of disposable diapers, gently used baby clothes, and baby equipment they no longer needed and donated it to the drive. Unlike Kate, who resells everything she can. At the time, Mrs. McGhee said something to the effect that we better believe they will be giving back to the community to the best of their ability. The local paper has carried several stories about the McGhees. The babies are adorable and the parents come across as being very grounded and level-headed.

As for the cyber stalking, that is scary that these people feel it necessary to go to those lengths to get back at someone they don't agree with.
Why don't they turn their negative attitudes to those who do real harm to innocents, like the Westboro Church that protest and yell horrible things at military funerals. Wouldn't that be rich if they went after those loons instead of bloggers.
I think nowadays people are less willing to help if they know the parents used artificial means to become pregnant. It's one thing if Mother Nature surprises a family with multiples, but it's different if a couple knowingly took the risk of multiples.
In the beginning, even when conceived through IVF or IUI, it seemed HOM were an extreme exception, so people were sympathetic to couples who were just trying to become parents but ended up getting far more than they bargained for. But unfortunately people like Kate Gosselin and Octomom have made it obvious that some women actually TRY to become pregnant with HOM. Especially in today's economy, people are having difficulty supporting their own families, let alone helping families who intentionally had too many children to handle financially.

I don't know why it isn't mentioned on their Facebook page. I'm just now learning about Facebook and it seemed that the posts I referenced were made just after the sextuplets were born. I don't think they were on Oprah until the sextuplets were at least 5-6 months old? I'm just not sure. Can anyone answer this question about the sequence of events?

I'm not sure that you can leave comments on that site. I think that one is for locating colleges, financial aid, community colleges, etc. You can rate a prof on RateMYprofessors.com, or RateyourPROF.com. The last time I checked, Ratemyprofessors.com is the big one for checking on profs and leaving comments.
Now I'm really confused. How would "they" get the names of the students? The college certainly doesn't release that. It's possible to go on Ratemyprofessors.com, pull up the school and name of the prof, and leave a horrible rating for that teacher, but the identity of student leaving the comment is not published, nor are names of any students available on the site.
Susantoyta: I was saddened by the lack of support of the McGee's so I went to Oprah's website to check it out. They appeared with all 6 kids in tow on Oprah and received a Walmart store credit of $250,000, a 4 night trip to Vegas in a luxury suite, tickets to Celine's show, and other Vegas events with a $500 check for spending. Celine was on the Oprah show with her twins and met the McGee's. I am thrilled they received the huge store credit and some time to themselves. They never had a honeymoon apparently. The babies were born in June. I think it is mentioned somewhere (in photos maybe) on their facebook page. They seem like a lovely family and I wish them the best.
ETown Neighbor, the reason you are confused is because you are a sane person. Anybody that this whole thing makes any sense to has a questionable mentality. Who would even think about reporting someone for these reasons? You report professors on communication skills, availability to consult with students, if he shoots heroin in front of students or she slurps from her bottle of vodka during class.
Why do these people assume the Chancellor's office or Board of Directors of a university or college even know who Kate Gosselin is? Not everyone orbits in that world.

Hopefully admin will let me post as Anonymous just this once to say the sheeple did call my workplace, actually two of them called. So yes I'm proof this does happen.
My boss called me in after this happened. The first thing he said was you are not in trouble and I could care less what you do and in fact, I don't even want to know if this was YOU they are claiming doing this. Then he said I just think you should know someone is calling me about this and I want to be sure you are safe (aww). We laughed about how psycho these people are. Then finally, he called in the IT guy to see if we could trace the anonymous coward who called in case it continued and we needed to call the police. Sadly we didn't have a log of incoming calls. The number shows up on the caller ID, but my boss didn't think to write it down at the time, and once he hung up it was gone. There was a discussion about how we really should be able to trace our incoming calls, and last we left it the boss was going to have the IT guy look into what it would take to do that. He also apologized for not thinking to write the number down, he felt bad. I apologized that he had to waste a second of his time on this.
So yes the sheeple do this, and no, bosses don't give a rat's ass. And I guess you could say my workplace took steps to be more secure after it happened--so thanks, sheeple! And sorry that didn't pan out for you. You were laughed at.

How do you feel about child exploitation? Do you find that fundamentally wrong too or should children be expected to work in the entertainment business to support the family?
At the begining of Gosselin blogging, many of us used our real names for posting and may or may not have been in Cafe Mom with our legal names attached. Nobody knew how viscious Gosselin bloggers would become. Many of us started as fans and once we changed sides, those that were still fans already knew us from previous blogging. This is how some of the stalking started.
Some of the others are just mean girls with nothing better to do.
They think since some of us may or may not have once possibly written an email to a sponsor, that we deserve the same treatment. They cannot separate blogging from pimping out your children and destroying their childhoods.
Caller ID goes away after you hang up? Can't you run through the CID list (Caller ID) on the phone - some call it the caller list - and see?
I don't understand. Until I manually delete them, the phone numbers (and often names) of my callers remain on there for many days.
Perhaps the school's set-up is different than
residential and small office phones.

You're right. Professors are rated on helpfulness, clarity, easiness, overall quality, etc., and gasp...HOTNESS (with the red hot pepper graphic!) Not many attain that rating! The rating system wasn't available when I was in school. I had one prof in grad school who would sit in the corner wearing sunglasses so we couldn't tell if he was sleeping during our exams. He was an old geezer -- at least 90, and there were times when we had to prod him to make sure he hadn't passed away. The only way we could tell if he was alive was if he yelled, "banzai" (spelling?). Not bonsai - that's the tree! I don't know what it means. I think he was a WWII vet, probably a tad bit shell-shocked. Darn good history teacher, though...when he wasn't snoring.

Sorry, fidosmommy! In my earlier post, I was not referring to posts here, but rather to the sheeple sites. As I said, on the couple of occasions that I visited a couple of those sites, I saw the same grammatical errors over and over again. They were not just simple spelling mistakes or typos, which, of course, we all make. The fact that I saw the same mistakes over and over again by the same Khate fans, coupled with their Khate adoration; Jon bashing; and copying, pasting, and discussion of posts from the anti-Khate sites is what left me with a headache and no desire to ever return to those sites. Oh, and I forgot to mention their hypocrisy in calling anti-Khate/anti-child exploiters "haters" while they seem to sit around all day in a cackle of mean girls bashing all the bloggers that don't worship Khate as they do.
I live in Canada and we had a case of cyber bullying last year. The parents of the victim got a lawyer and appeared in court where the court ordered the internet provider (Eastlink) to turn over the IP address of the bullies. The address was released to the police and the bullies have been charged with cyber bullying. Sheeple, you CAN get caught. Then again, they're probably just not intelligent enough to understand that.

The word out about Kate dancing with men on that NYC trek is nothing more, IMO, to take the scent off her and Steve but most likely to make Steve jealous. And the info that man and man came up to her is nothing more than guys wanting to get their chance to be on a TV show. There are guys out there just as narcisstic as her. I bet Cara and Mady are embarrassed. And what a double standard....Jon goes out and gets ripped by the tabloids, but it's ok for Kate Gosselin in a too short dress to get tanked and dance with strange men all night.

The Pennmommy scandal happened in 2008. I got in on the tail end of it. Apparently she claimed she was from the Gosselin's area, knew the Gosselins, created a blog, and dished up all the dirt, including the fact that she once called CPS on them. This was interesting since in PA, we don't have CPS - it's Children and Youth Services.
Bloggers began to question the credibility of this person; Julie confirmed that she knew her and she was legit. Big mistake. As it turned out, Pennmommy's story was a web of lies and deception. It could have been made into a Lifetime Movie. She claimed that her son, "Jason" was sick and dying. Sympathies poured in. Munchausen by Proxy. Another son, "William" took over posting for her because she was too distraught to do so. Interesting thing was that William's writing style, syntax, word choice, mirrored that of Pennmommy's. "Jason" eventually died. There was no Jason. There was no William. I don't remember how she was busted, but her blog was removed and she disappeared. At least it is thought that she did.

Sorry, fidosmommy! In my earlier post, I was not referring to posts here, but rather to the sheeple sites. As I said, on the couple of occasions that I visited a couple of those sites, I saw the same grammatical errors over and over again. They were not just simple spelling mistakes or typos, which, of course, we all make. The fact that I saw the same mistakes over and over again by the same Khate fans, coupled with their Khate adoration; Jon bashing; and copying, pasting, and discussion of posts from the anti-Khate sites is what left me with a headache and no desire to ever return to those sites. Oh, and I forgot to mention their hypocrisy in calling anti-Khate/anti-child exploiters "haters" while they seem to sit around all day in a cackle of mean girls bashing all the bloggers that don't worship Khate as they do.
E-Town, I just looked up banzai. Wikipedia has its uses, I guess. Anyway, banzai is many things, but he was probably referring to either the last-ditch charge before military defeat or the fact that many Japanese soldiers on Saipai marched off to commit suicide because of their imminent defeat.
Still, besides the sad references, the story of your prof is pretty funny.
Caller ID goes away after you hang up? Can't you run through the CID list (Caller ID) on the phone - some call it the caller list - and see?
I don't understand. Until I manually delete them, the phone numbers (and often names) of my callers remain on there for many days.
Perhaps the school's set-up is different than
residential and small office phones.

Hopefully admin will let me post as Anonymous just this once to say the sheeple did call my workplace, actually two of them called. So yes I'm proof this does happen.
My boss called me in after this happened. The first thing he said was you are not in trouble and I could care less what you do and in fact, I don't even want to know if this was YOU they are claiming doing this. Then he said I just think you should know someone is calling me about this and I want to be sure you are safe (aww). We laughed about how psycho these people are. Then finally, he called in the IT guy to see if we could trace the anonymous coward who called in case it continued and we needed to call the police. Sadly we didn't have a log of incoming calls. The number shows up on the caller ID, but my boss didn't think to write it down at the time, and once he hung up it was gone. There was a discussion about how we really should be able to trace our incoming calls, and last we left it the boss was going to have the IT guy look into what it would take to do that. He also apologized for not thinking to write the number down, he felt bad. I apologized that he had to waste a second of his time on this.
So yes the sheeple do this, and no, bosses don't give a rat's ass. And I guess you could say my workplace took steps to be more secure after it happened--so thanks, sheeple! And sorry that didn't pan out for you. You were laughed at.

I don't know why it isn't mentioned on their Facebook page. I'm just now learning about Facebook and it seemed that the posts I referenced were made just after the sextuplets were born. I don't think they were on Oprah until the sextuplets were at least 5-6 months old? I'm just not sure. Can anyone answer this question about the sequence of events?
I think nowadays people are less willing to help if they know the parents used artificial means to become pregnant. It's one thing if Mother Nature surprises a family with multiples, but it's different if a couple knowingly took the risk of multiples.
In the beginning, even when conceived through IVF or IUI, it seemed HOM were an extreme exception, so people were sympathetic to couples who were just trying to become parents but ended up getting far more than they bargained for. But unfortunately people like Kate Gosselin and Octomom have made it obvious that some women actually TRY to become pregnant with HOM. Especially in today's economy, people are having difficulty supporting their own families, let alone helping families who intentionally had too many children to handle financially.

I've been saying this all along. It's inevitable. They're going to go after someone in law enforcement; an attorney; a public official and they won't know who it is that they are stalking until it's too late for them. I believe that will be the end of it for the sheeple cyberstalkers, unless, of course, they really are clueless as they appear and they begin the cycle all over again! More times than not, when you're caught and have to pay the consequences, you learn not to repeat the error of your ways. But, if some of the sheeple are as clueless as they present themselves to be, they'll start the cycle all over again!
The same holds true with copying posts from other sites and pasting them on their blog for the purpose of dissecting them and attacking the blogger. Flirting with copyright laws is no laughing matter. It will come back to bite them in the behind. I wonder if they have any idea what the penalties are in that case. I have a feeling that as time goes by, and internet copyright law isn't such a gray matter, they may find out -- the hard way.

This isn't new behavior for them. They've tried this in the past with blog owners, bloggers, Jon, Ellen and others with laughable results. They think they're slick and superior to everyone and by trying to create problems for "haterz" that they're winning some kind of battle, but instead they're being laughed at by these people's employers. The people that are being attacked or bullied alert their employers to what is going on and the employers simply ignore the calls or complaints or whatever tactic they're using. One of these times they're going to push the wrong person a little too hard and find themselves on the wrong side of the law. If I felt any type of emotion for them other than contempt I might say that I pity them for the shallow and contemptable lives they lead, but I don't. I can only describe them as disgusting examples of humanity and cowards who hide behind their keyboards with judgmental and sanctimonious attitudes and I can't wait for them to finally get all that is due to them.

It's not even twisted logic because there's no logic involved. I hate terrorists, but I don't hate them because I can't be one of them. I hate them because of the evil they perpetrate on people, on societies, on countries.
I hate bats, but I don't hate them because I can't have one; I hate them because I was bitten by one, and the last thing I'd want on my Christmas wish list is one of them!
Does anyone know if the blogger who is being harassed has filed any kind of complaint or restraining order? Cyber-bullying/stalking is very serious and is becoming recognized by law enforcement as a growing problem, with offenders being prosecuted in more and more cases.

"their", "there", and "they're"
"a lot" (it's TWO words, not one!!)
And a few others that I cannot recall at the moment, but that's a good start. My children had that mastered by the third grade, btw. So, c'mon, study up, you can do it!
