Kate continues to be a horrible role model for teen girls and women. Her latest is this tweet, where she told a fan that this slogan (words eerily similar to what got Kate Moss in hot water) was one of her many mottos. In September, Kate tweeted a similar rallying cry: "Can never be tiny enough lol."
In light of all of Kate's young, impressionable fans, we plead with her to retract her comments and to stop saying things like this.
In 2009, another Kate, model Kate Moss, told fans she lives by the motto: “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” The slogan was adopted by many pro-anorexia web sites. Moss was blasted by a variety of people in the industry, including other models and the groups Say No to Size Zero and Beating Eating Disorders (BEAT). The Advertising Standards Authority, a regulatory group in England, even banned t-shirts with the slogan.
Anorexia is the third most common chronic illness among adolescents. 24 million people suffer from an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder) in the U.S. A survey of female college students found that 58% felt pressure to be a certain weight, and of the 83% that dieted for weight loss, 44% were of normal weight.

Meanwhile, I am still cracking myself up every time I think about "pouncing on food like a monkey on a cupcake." Seriously, I tried to repeat it to my husband last night and it took me several tries to get through the whole phrase. Funny, he found it mildly amusing only. Is there something wrong with him or with me?

What in the world is Kate referring to, 'Twitter-jail'? There is no such thing! If Twitter is down for maintenance, they state that. It's not something that happens just to Kate.
Hahahaha...J&K+8 is showing in many countries now, including Norway, Ireland, UK and l'll bet dollars to donuts, kart is NOT getting a penny from TLC. Must burn her up when tweeties from other places tell her they have it on tv.

Try as I might, I cannot imagine having to take a full day
to clean up after Valentine's day celebration. What
would than involve exactly? There certainly wasn't
evidence of anything being overdone, it all looked
minimalistic to me, especially that minuscule excuse
for breakfast.
We have St. Patrick's Day coming up next, complete with
green, shamrock shaped mini-somethings' to delight and
amaze her followers I' m sure. Sadly, Kate is just this
predictable. Her fans will take any scrap she gives them
just to hang on to someone famous. That includes hoping
her Valentine's day clean up doesn't exhaust Kate
too much, and that she gets enough rest before
St. Paddy's day!
Please let's not give her any ideas about books. She will take them.
I don't believe she made that fruit salad either. It is expensive and time consuming, especially for a lot of people.
I loved it when Jon had the kids their on personal pan pizza on the grill. They were brimming with toppings and looked so delicious.

My interpretation of "Valentine fallout" - I only have 3 children, but sorting through all of the cards/gifts/junk that came home in the Valentine boxes took a little bit of time. Just like Halloween candy, I would check it all.
While that is my interpretation, I don't believe Khate would do such a thing.
Maybe her "Valentine fallout" is that the Cheez-Whiz or Reddi-Whip exploded on the sheets, or it took her hours to wash off the edible unnerwears. ;-)
Please remember that anorexia affects BOYS too, especially as Kate has 3 impressionable boys. Surrounded by 5 sisters whom are all obviously preferred by their mother.

Tamara...12, that is a good reminder. It is a terrible mental illness that does not discriminate by age or gender. And tragically, children are being diagnosed with it at younger and younger ages. Too sad.
I would love to tweet "pouncing on food like monkeys on a cupcake" to Kate, but I'm trying to be civil, so that she doesn't block me. I really don't enjoy the mean tweets, anyway. I think you can make a point a lot better without being nasty.
Not that the monkey comment is nasty--but SHE would think I was calling her children monkeys and erupt in righteous anger, no doubt. Because she is All About the Children.
Maybe I don't understand Twitter. Kate says she is trying to Tweet all day but Twitter won't let her. But she says this IN A TWEET. Huh? How did she do that if it's not working. She's a twit.
Kate just makes everything more difficult than it needs to be, or pretends to. I remember in the early days how she crowed about feeding her kids organic food on a budget and I remember thinking, why??? Isn't your life busy enough? What's wrong with normal food? She has never made anything that looked appetizing except maybe that flag cake she invented. Mahogany rice for kids? Teaspoon of beans? Does she really think this is better for her kids than the occasional dominos pizza? The food on their paper plates looks joyless and about the right amount to feed a TODDLER.

kHate, the world's mostest prolificist liar, can NOT be in twitter jail. Twitter jail is a made-up term meaning twitter will not allow you to post because you have posted too many tweets (100 tweets per hour/1000 per day).

Tip for Kate: When trying to pretend Twitter is working in order to avoid your obsessed tweeties, it's probably not a good idea to TWEET that twitter is not working. Isn't that rather like texting someone to tell them that your texting isn't working? Oops!

Geez, pleaze!, all day to clean up Valentines?
It took me 10 min tops to take decorations down and about 15 min(had to assemble) to put up Mari Gras decorations. That lazy ass was sleeping most of the day or bathing/pampering herself. She did not mention she ran today, but even so, she just likes the drama of something that is not drama.
Here is another thought: dictators and cult leaders, feed their followers or people very little or just enough food to function. By keeping them weak or hungry, they are less likely to rebel, or question. Thus, being easy to control. Sound like Kate?

Can you imagine what Gosselin's children will go thru if they are heavy as they grow, with their Dad's DNA and Kate'.......will Kate look at them with disgust, put a lock and key on the refrigerator? Starve them?
She has 8 children and not all are going to be the perfect looking children that apparently she cannot see in her own mirror while looking at herself, so I guess those kids will be tortured if they eat a dorito chip at school.

I have been saying for years that kate has "food" issues. Issues she has been passing on to the kids. The crap food...the very small portions...
I was blown off and attacked b/c I couldn't understand how 5 year olds would order a salad over any other choice.
It's been clear for years,that kate thinks size matters. She has done everything to make the tups "de-age" .. The bibs...the highchairs...the language ...ect.
Kate is hurting the kids in more ways than one.I could care less how skinny kate gets...She is an adult...she has the control,where the kids are at her mercy.If kate thinks skin and bones is sexy...well have at it.
The kids need help...they need food...not the rabbit food kate tries to live off. In kates head...keeping the kids small and under-weight will get them a show.
Someone needs to step in and help the kids...Jon?
