Her "victimish" (remember when she used that made-up word about Jon?) tweets are such a cop-out. Did they edit out the parts where she saved the day? Where she went above and beyond, and impressed everyone with her smarts and organizational prowess?
The firing episode is gonna be sah-weet. It will be everyone's fault but hers -- each contestant, the late Joan Rivers, that vice president/secretary chick at the desk, and even the guy driving her away in the limo. Where she'll poke-poke and dab-dab her completely dry eyes and say that she cannot WAIT to get home to her 8 precious babies, for whom she did it all.
What gets me is that we sat there and watched the episode and TFW is trying to make us believe that what we saw didn't actually happen the way we saw it happen but happened they way she says it happened. As I said in an earlier tweet, everyone on The Donald's side of the table have seen and/or been briefed on exactly what went down. TFW may cry editing but you can't edit in something that you didn't actually do. I love that TFW basically said that Vivica is an actress so moving around dramatically makes her look busy. She really is a douche.
Lorenzo and Shawn on the Today show now. Shawn is so young and sweet. She was just quashed by the other women. Lorenzo is a class act, still saying he'd rather he took the responsibility and bring awareness to his charity. Zero mention of Kite.
Really, these Today show interviews that each contestant promotes as they depart in the limo is under a minute long, so Kate's going to have to bring her A game so she doesn't um, um, um and gets some sensical, cogent responses in.

She starts out just fine, then interrupts herself and changes her line of thought, often times assuming that the listeners(s) understand and are following the thoughts as they appear in her head. It's really her biggest impediment to making it on her own. If you get a chance to read a transcript of any interview she's done, you will see it's not just you being unable to discern what exactly she's trying to say. It's Kate, and I don't mean that as a pile on. She's not able to focus from subject, through predicate, to period. Part of it, I believe, is that Kate thinks it's cute, perhaps coquettish, to bumble and fumble like that. It's not, of course. It's rather childish (see, I used a word that actually does end in 'ish')

PJ--I noticed that too. Next week, I think Sig is the project manager for the boat cruise. I'm sure she'll be throwing out ideas left and right. The whole Jeff Prescott thing smells like a Ratclaws and Sasquatch plant. When a celeb starts dating someone, the tabs usually have photographic evidence, friends willing to go on record, etc. in addition, the tabs usually say that the celeb has a new girl/guy or is dating a cameraman/actress. 'Sasquatch is Dating a Millionaire'...very off. We know he's a "millionaire" before we even know he's a man.
Solution to movie problem; if the twins went, they could chaperone whoever wanted to see a different film, if more than Paddington was being shown in this cinema. (We have 16 in ours) Even at age 10+, some could go together to a different film in the same cinema complex IMO. I think at that age and with their numbers, it'd be ok.

I agree. TFW does nothing extreme or takes on tasks to showcase any talent, but the men buy into her willingness to help, while the women see her as having no donations as a REAL player. She is simply a reality star with no talent/fund raising capacity who floats along, sucking the life out of her kids, by using them for filming. And preys on the men/young women for support. Way to go Kate (she has had a TON of paid advice PRE-CA -( How much did that cost?) and SUCKS. More money not going to her own kids. Probably spent more on training for the CA show (this time) than she did for DWTS. Never mind the cost of enhancements.

Kate has made a CAREER out of looking busy and being dramatic! Everything she does is infused with (self-inflicted) stress and histrionics. There is no ease, no follow-through, even getting from A to B requires assistance. As far as I can gather, she manages to reluctantly crank out 3 meals a day and do round trips to the bus stop. Other than that, (unless she is handed something), there is no follow through whatsoever. The reason her coupon site and website died is because there is no camera present to hold her accountable. The camera appears to be her sole motivation for doing anything, everything else just falls away.
This fact cannot be lost on her children. They are getting older and have to realize themselves that it's the camera she loves, and they are merely her props. A camera solely focused on her outweighs her own show, especially now that her kids are more willing to call her out on her BS.

Whether Vivica doesn't like Kate is debatable, but I think there's one thing for sure, she and everyone else are pretty clear that Kate just doesn't get it, either personally or professionally. Most people who lack in experience or talent hopefully make up for it in other areas like having a great personality or they're super efficient or they're the workhorse. We know she doesn't bring any of those traits to the table either!
The concepts behind most of the tasks are so out of her realm of experience and expertise that it's obvious she hasn't a clue what she's doing. She wasn't making a "commercial" she was making a viral video -- 2 very different concepts. I think it was evident to everyone on the show that she didn't have a grasp on what the task was really about, let alone have an idea how to mastermind it's production.
I'm surprised Kate hasn't flirted with Johnny Damon. He looks a little like Jon and *BONUS* he's partially Asian. Married? No problem. She can be gone the next day. (I'm kidding. Johnny's wife has a real personality, a real career and she's gorgeous. Sorry Kate you're shit out of luck this time.)

Yes, Sasquatch does nothing but busywork, usually unnecessary shit like cleaning a clean refrigerator with a q tip. I don't think she is equipped to handle life, so fixing self-inflicted non-problems is her only shtick. She's gotta clean up pumpkin mess while Jon and the kids are still carving because she's made a big deal over nothing. (And because someone else was interacting with the kids in a far superior manner than she is capable of). Et cetera. A lot of bipolar people act this way. If she really loves those kids, she'd get the psychiatric help she needs. TLC will eventually get tired of filming her children suffering and of her mentally ill escapades. She's like Rain Man.
I'm wondering if Kate's kamp planted the story about her dating Jones/Prescott before doing their full and due diligence and once they dug up info about his other name and past problems, if that's why and when she denied having a relationship with him. IDK, either way, it's a non-story. No one in their right mind would have a relationship with her.

Interesting…A guy at work just got terminated for consistently bad-mouthing his project manager and/or team decisions. The big thing was that it’s not cool to second-guess the pm. Finally the pm had enough. Gone.
If you don’t like how/what he/s doing, bring it up in the team meetings. But then whatever is decided by the pm/team, you go with it. You absolutely don’t bad mouth the pm (or the decision) outside of the team meeting, or after the fact. Once the decision is made, it’s made. You support the decision, whether or not you agree with it.
TFW made it seem that Vivica arbitrarily changed things. Which was not the case. There was a good reason for a change; the truck was not the size that Vivica was expecting. She didn’t think their current concept would work well with that size truck.
As the pm, that was her decision to make. As a team member, it’s not your role to second guess her decision. As a good team member, when something goes awry, your first response should be, “Let’s see what we can do about this. How can we overcome this roadblock?”
Not go sit on the couch and chow down while everyone else tries to adjust to the new parameter. I’m sure they would have preferred not to have things changed, either. But they weren’t moaning and groaning about it.

My mother was a big fan of Shawn's on Dancing with the Stars. I think the problem is Olympic gymnasts don't have that many opportunities after the Olympics. Ice skaters can still do shows. She could teach gymnastics. ******* I agree, which is why I thought college might be a good idea. I think another poster indicated that Shawn is a college student (maybe this is recently?), so I'm glad to hear that. I do understand that she's in a transition period right now. Probably her entire youth was taken up with gymnastics and the Olympics, with no time to think much beyond that. Now is her opportunity to explore other avenues besides gymnastics. Does she have other interests or talents? Good at math? Good at sales or marketing? Is she interested in photography, art, music, acting, writing, business? What I hope she knows already is that she's about run through most of the D-lister reality shows by now.
She is young (only 22). She'll grow and mature. Right now, she plays both sides. She gets her back up and claims that people underestimate her because she's young. Then in the limo ride after being fired, she says "I'm only 22 and just starting in the business world," intimating that it was a little unfair of Viveca to expect Shawn to step up and be project manager. Either you want to be treated as an adult or you don't Shawn. I wish her good luck.

The Washington County coroner's office said 21-year-old Shanice Clark of Toronto was found unresponsive at about 3 a.m. Sunday at California University of Pennsylvania.
University officials said they were "deeply saddened" by the death of the 6-foot senior forward, who was redshirting after playing two dozen games for the Vulcans last season.
California borough police say a preliminary report from medical personnel indicated that the death appeared to be accidental.

Well this is very interesting: Steve makes an appearance in the background of this deleted scene. You can not only see him, but Kate actually calls out to Steve at the 59 second mark of this video. He is in front of Kate as they are walking away, and you can hear Kate saying "sorry Steve" in the background, (as Sig is talking).
I think she meant the one who stays or "lives" the longest (on the show) wins. That one phrase sums up her "gift of gab" - LOL. --------------------------- That's what I thought too.

No one can touch poor Dayana Mendoza (Miss Universe 2008) from CA5, though, who was brought back to the boardroom a whopping 5 times. She was in the boardroom an additional 2 times, once when she lost as the PM (not fired) and again when she was ultimately fired, for a grand total of 7 boardroom appearances! (Lisa Lampenelli hated her and was positively brutal to her.) Here are the stats for some others (courtesy of Wikipedia):
Dennis Rodman - CA6: 4 BR appearances (brought to BR 3 times plus 1 BR firing)

I had thought that TFMJG was this season's Gary Busey. I have reconsidered. She is boring on this show, even with her nonsensical statements in the board room. Even with her hair. Even with her constant eating. And the gum chewing. That is why she is being shown eating and chewing and shopping, there just isn't much else she does that is interesting. It is great that the show does not involve her kids at all.

First she has to appear on the Today Show, then Wendy Williams. Then she and the other person fired have to answer questions on the Apprentice FB page, which starts a 3pm ET and ends around 4pm.

You know, I'm happy she's doing this gig on CA. She's not exploiting the kids (even though she wouldn't be on the show without them) and she's showing her true colours. The only fans she's gaining are the people who have zero powers of discernment and you're going to have those people in any society. More importantly, more people are getting a real glimpse of who she really is. And these people are adults, not kids or impressionable teens.
I appreciate the laughs. She truly has no talent, she's not very bright and she's socially awkward. She's lazy and has no imagination. She has no grace, poise or table manners. She's confirming everything we've been saying for years.

Sig is the PM for the boat task and he is bringing in a bunch of girls from Hooters for the entertainment. He should have had Kate join them. That's one talent she could excel at.
If both Kate and Sig get fired that'll leave 2 people left on Team Vortex. I think DT is going to move Kenya over to that team, since there was a picture of Geraldo, Vivica and Kenya posted on instagram during one of the later tasks.

I don't watch her show, and I never listen to her interviews, but I did watch tonight and I really paid attention to what she was saying. Is this her "normal" speech pattern, or was this scripted and she couldn't remember the dialogue?

Okay, I just watched on YT and caught up with the comments. Kate is on another planet. Everyone else knows they are playing a game. She acts as though this is more "real" than it is. I also love that Trump cuts her off. No one likes her and yet she thinks she's "in" with people. It's painful to watch. The faces, the gum, the fantasy land she is living in - so, so painful. Whoever said she just vomits words is right. There is no content whatsoever.
It is interesting, however, to watch other people's facial expressions and how they choose their words as they deal with the villiage idiot.
I was thinking about Shawn. She is used to being one of the best. She got a lot of praise and positive attention for DWTS. I was starting to sense that she realized she made a mistake in accepting CA and purposely checked out. And/or she realized she was going to continue to be stuck with Kate (who she did not like - no matter how much she avoided saying so) and beat a hasty retreat :)
Leeza has class. She is also getting the best edit, but I think it represents her authentically.
Vivica is handling herself well, too. Geraldo - I just can't. Everyone else is pretty much just there, nothing too interesting.
I thought Trump was an ass toward Ivanka when he described her shoe line task. He can't give up one second of attention for his own daughter. For a split second you can see a look of hurt in her eye, but she recovered very quickly. "Piss colored cotton candy" describes him inside and out.

Kate has great difficulty completing her thoughts when trying to express them verbally. She starts out just fine, then interrupts herself and changes her line of thought, often times assuming that the listeners(s) understand and are following the thoughts as they appear in her head.
It's really her biggest impediment to making it on her own.
If you get a chance to read a transcript of any interview she's done, you will see it's not just you being unable to discern what exactly she's trying to say.
It's Kate, and I don't mean that as a pile on. She's not able to focus from subject, through predicate, to period.
Part of it, I believe, is that Kate thinks it's cute, perhaps coquettish, to bumble and fumble like that.

I agree. TFW does nothing extreme or takes on tasks to showcase any talent, but the men buy into her willingness to help, while the women see her as having no donations as a REAL player. She is simply a reality star with no talent/fund raising capacity who floats along, sucking the life out of her kids, by using them for filming. And preys on the men/young women for support. Way to go Kate (she has had a TON of paid advice PRE-CA -( How much did that cost?) and SUCKS. More money not going to her own kids. Probably spent more on training for the CA show (this time) than she did for DWTS. Never mind the cost of enhancements.

I do have to say that these "reality shows" don't lend a lot of actual credibility to the "stars" LOL - they support. TFW is a grifter and obsessed on being on TV, so HER desires will ALWAYS COME BEFORE HER KIDS.

Kate has made a CAREER out of looking busy and being dramatic! Everything she does is infused with (self-inflicted) stress and histrionics. There is no ease, no follow-through, even getting from A to B requires assistance. As far as I can gather, she manages to reluctantly crank out 3 meals a day and do round trips to the bus stop. Other than that, (unless she is handed something), there is no follow through whatsoever. The reason her coupon site and website died is because there is no camera present to hold her accountable. The camera appears to be her sole motivation for doing anything, everything else just falls away.
This fact cannot be lost on her children. They are getting older and have to realize themselves that it's the camera she loves, and they are merely her props. A camera solely focused on her outweighs her own show, especially now that her kids are more willing to call her out on her BS.

Whether Vivica doesn't like Kate is debatable, but I think there's one thing for sure, she and everyone else are pretty clear that Kate just doesn't get it, either personally or professionally. Most people who lack in experience or talent hopefully make up for it in other areas like having a great personality or they're super efficient or they're the workhorse. We know she doesn't bring any of those traits to the table either!
The concepts behind most of the tasks are so out of her realm of experience and expertise that it's obvious she hasn't a clue what she's doing. She wasn't making a "commercial" she was making a viral video -- 2 very different concepts. I think it was evident to everyone on the show that she didn't have a grasp on what the task was really about, let alone have an idea how to mastermind it's production.
I'm surprised Kate hasn't flirted with Johnny Damon. He looks a little like Jon and *BONUS* he's partially Asian. Married? No problem. She can be gone the next day.

Yes, Sasquatch does nothing but busywork, usually unnecessary shit like cleaning a clean refrigerator with a q tip. I don't think she is equipped to handle life, so fixing self-inflicted non-problems is her only shtick. She's gotta clean up pumpkin mess while Jon and the kids are still carving because she's made a big deal over nothing. (And because someone else was interacting with the kids in a far superior manner than she is capable of). Et cetera. A lot of bipolar people act this way. Distract from the real problem, which is and always has been, Kate. Dealing with people authentically is too scary because it would require the sick person to gain some personal insight and humility. Interesting…A guy at work just got terminated for consistently bad-mouthing his project manager and/or team decisions. The big thing was that it’s not cool to second-guess the pm. Finally the pm had enough. Gone.
If you don’t like how/what he/s doing, bring it up in the team meetings. But then whatever is decided by the pm/team, you go with it. You absolutely don’t bad mouth the pm (or the decision) outside of the team meeting, or after the fact. Once the decision is made, it’s made. You support the decision, whether or not you agree with it.
TFW made it seem that Vivica arbitrarily changed things. Which was not the case. There was a good reason for a change; the truck was not the size that Vivica was expecting. She didn’t think their current concept would work well with that size truck.
As the pm, that was her decision to make. As a team member, it’s not your role to second guess her decision. As a good team member, when something goes awry, your first response should be, “Let’s see what we can do about this. How can we overcome this roadblock?”
Not go sit on the couch and chow down while everyone else tries to adjust to the new parameter. I’m sure they would have preferred not to have things changed, either. But they weren’t moaning and groaning about it.
I wonder if Gladys was in love with another "star" before Kate, or is Kate her first love? Is it just me, or did it seem like every time the camera was on Kate last night, she had a different hair style? She must have had at least 8-9 different ones.

I don't get the feeling that the DT or Ivanka has bought into her story. The DT is just sitting back and will, hopefully, rattle off a long list of her shortcomings when he does fire her. Ivanka is just too polite to let her have it.
However, I was surprised that Joan didn't rip into TFW just a little bit. I could see like everyone else that she didn't give TFW any attention, but she didn't have much to say in the boardroom scene at all. Was it just the one appearance for Joan or will she be back next week?

I agree, which is why I thought college might be a good idea. I think another poster indicated that Shawn is a college student (maybe this is recently?), so I'm glad to hear that. I do understand that she's in a transition period right now. Probably her entire youth was taken up with gymnastics and the Olympics, with no time to think much beyond that. Now is her opportunity to explore other avenues besides gymnastics. Does she have other interests or talents? Good at math? Good at sales or marketing? Is she interested in photography, art, music, acting, writing, business? What I hope she knows already is that she's about run through most of the D-lister reality shows by now.
She is young (only 22). She'll grow and mature. Right now, she plays both sides. She gets her back up and claims that people underestimate her because she's young. Then in the limo ride after being fired, she says "I'm only 22 and just starting in the business world," intimating that it was a little unfair of Viveca to expect Shawn to step up and be project manager. Either you want to be treated as an adult or you don't Shawn. I wish her good luck.

If the editing is foreshadowing the final two, then I think it will be Leeza and Viveca, or possibly Leeza and Geraldo. I agree that Leeza and Viveca are the two shown in the most positive light. Sig is practically a non-entity. I guess we'll see more of him next week, but the commercial didn't seem to portray him in a positive light.
I wonder if Kenya will get the boot before Kate, due to Kenya being such a complete and total nasty, mean and downright ugly person. She certainly is giving Kate a run for the money in that department! I never saw Kenya before this show, and now I simply cannot stand her. Kenya is simply unable to be classy for one minute, and if she thinks she could land clients like Ivanka Trump with her unprofessional demeanor toward others, she better think again. Maybe she was trying to deflect after being told her "grand piano, chandelier" idea was outdated and not the image Nordstroms wanted for their viral video.
I thought Kate's updo for the commercial looked silly and was a complete waste of time. It's hard to know for sure, since the compressed format means tons of footage ends up on the cutting room floor, but I have not seen much interaction between Kate and Geraldo. In fact, he seems to ignore her. It looked like she was trying to glom onto Lorenzo, but oops, he's gone now too. Besides that, it is either vacuous (explaining how the rules of CA work - the person who doesn't get fired wins! Who woulda thunk it?) or shows her "strategy" (don't try to do anything positive, just keep a low profile and whine/deny when anybody points out how useless you are).

I think Geraldo put up with/used her for the team's sake in the bridal dress challenge. When things were getting tense with Vivica and TFW and Shawn had walked away to isolate themselves on the couch, there was a shot of Geraldo concentrating on his task at the table. He seemed to be ignoring the drama and was not going to try to draw TFW back into the task. Guess she still didn't know the meaning of being "enterprising".

Some have been brought back multiple times, but Kate is right up there. No one can touch poor Dayana Mendoza (Miss Universe 2008) from CA5, though, who was brought back to the boardroom a whopping 5 times. She was in the boardroom an additional 2 times, once when she lost as the PM (not fired) and again when she was ultimately fired, for a grand total of 7 boardroom appearances! (Lisa Lampenelli hated her and was positively brutal to her.) Here are the stats for some others (courtesy of Wikipedia):
Dennis Rodman - CA6: 4 BR appearances (brought to BR 3 times plus 1 BR firing)
Star Jones - CA4: 4 BR appearances (brought to BR 2 times; appeared in BR 1 time as losing PM, but was not fired; 1 BR firing)

I had thought that TFMJG was this season's Gary Busey. I have reconsidered. She is boring on this show, even with her nonsensical statements in the board room. Even with her hair. You know, I'm happy she's doing this gig on CA. She's not exploiting the kids (even though she wouldn't be on the show without them) and she's showing her true colours. The only fans she's gaining are the people who have zero powers of discernment and you're going to have those people in any society. More importantly, more people are getting a real glimpse of who she really is. And these people are adults, not kids or impressionable teens.
I appreciate the laughs. She truly has no talent, she's not very bright and she's socially awkward. She's lazy and has no imagination. She has no grace, poise or table manners. She's confirming everything we've been saying for years.

The moment the make-up and hair changed, her transformation moved away from the mother of eight persona to Hollywood celebrity in her mind. Sadly, she does not have the brains or the character to go it alone. She is just an aging, cardboard cut-out of some impossible dream she longs to achieve.
The children are such bit players in all of this. She wants the glamour far more than the dull, boring mother of eight kids role she is playing on TLC.

Well said! She has a huge superiority complex, without anything to back it up time and again. Most of all, most of the kids are probably more confused than anyone in HER mission to be famous.
Interesting that she has had to bring the twins' friend on the show to buffer them for filming. (Saw it on youtube). Histrionic Kate with delusions of grandeur.
She is actually nothing other than having 2 orchestrated sets of multiples. Very sad.

Dmasy...183. You are so right, she has traded her eight children in to become a celebrity. She drove away a decent husband, along with everyone else who stood in her way to achieve a higher level of fame.
What continues to mystify me is that no-one ever calls her out on what seems to be so obvious to all of us sitting on the veranda. Perhaps her day of reckoning is coming on CA, but there never seems to be a final, defining nail, does there?
