Overall criticism of Keisha not giving focused tasks as project manager. Viveca is defending Keisha. Keisha did not call Cosby, she hasn't talked to him in years.

Library lady, the show is real reality, the contestants do WORK at tasks. The boardroom can last hours, they edit to show the drama and storyline. Remember the competition is finished and the producers know who will be the final two before the show airs.

For the second challenge it is believed that Kevin Jonas and Kate Gosselin take on the project manager roles. Celebrity Apprentice spoilers indicate that it seems that the women will win, and Jonas is fired.

It is so true that TIMING is everything. Just a few months later the Cosby scandal would break. No one would have questioned why he wasn't called for a donation. Rudy Huxtable would not have been fired. Kate escaped being the first fired by the skin of her veneers and timing!

When a team loses, it is almost always the PM who is fired, unless he or she can state a really good case for someone else to go. And DT loves to keep people who are so irritating, inept or stupid that everyone else hates them. Makes for lots of good drama.

That makes no sense. If you have 10 grand being offered, you figure out a way to get it there -- you overnight it, wire it, put it into your PayPal account for immediate withdrawal...something. I don't believe for a second that she had that much money coming in and couldn't access it.

It didn't matter that Buddy didn't like her pie. He liked the sweet pie, which was the effort of the team.
The boardroom decisions on celeb apprentice are similar to original Apprentice show, and The Donald has consistent rationale.
if project manager chooses to bring back someone who really helped significantly with the task, The Donald and his advisers question that. They want to see the project manager bring back someone who is also strong, and who project manager can explain why their contribution to the task did not measure up. So keisha lack of large contributions plus bringing back Jamie who was responsible for the bonus is why she got fired.
I watched Downton Abbey so only caught the last 45 minutes or so of CA. Good God, TFW was way out of her depth, as I expected she would be. Her "performance" in the board room was cringe worthy complete with eye rolling, waving her hands, scowling, bad tempered, and worst of all her interuptions. Her big cheque didn't come in.....she's been let down again. You know the big BooHoo is coming.

There is no doubt in my mind that Milo honestly believes that she is part of Kate's family and Kate's life. I often wonder if LOM knows exactly how deep into Celebrity Worship she is, and if so, why he allows this to continue when it's obvious that it's getting worse. On the last tweeted picture showing all the CA contestants, it is just pictures of individual people with no reference to anything they have done in their lives like Ian's Shark movie, there is no shark behind him, things like that. They are trying to show, this is all she's got. She birthed 8 kids in 4 years. It is good in that way, but on the other hand, she should of been by herself.

I think the reason why kate was talking over everyone is because she was trying to deflect and cover up what they were saying, hoping, Ivanka, Piers, and the Donald didn't hear what they say.

It was actually Brandi that was pushing for the team name, not Kate. Kate said absolutely nothing during the name discussion - no participation at all. Watching now on the West Coast.
I love Ivanka. She always asks great questions. She called Kate out when Kate said she needed someone to give her a specific task. Then Kate tried to defend herself and said something stupid to Ivanka like, "Please don't hear what I'm saying." I wish I could remember her exact words. She sounded ridiculous.
First 15 minutes of the show and I can't tell if that's Kate or a wax figure of her. Her lips haven't moved.

I agree that the 'thank you for letting me clarify' was silly. I kept expecting her to do her usual ask herself a question & then give an answer. However, I think that Piers repeated the statement that Kate was lazy but then said something like "I didn't see that" and then commented about the baking. But it is possible I misheard..there were several women talking over him at the time. Will have to watch that part again.

I agree, TFW should have been fired based on no donations, bad pie, and laziness, but in the past DT kept Gary Busey on for quite a while, due to his antics which were insane, and his cast mates clearly wanted him gone, as he was a problem/hinderance in pretty much every task, but DT enjoyed his antics for ratings.

I really felt bad for Keisha when they kept on bringing up that she did not call BC for a donation. I know this was filmed before all the allegations came out, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm curious to see what Keisha says about it on her subsequent interviews.
That seemed to be the main focus of why Keisha was fired. If this had been filmed AFTER the allegations about BC came out, I think Kate would've been the one fired.

I personally think the Today Show wanted nothing to do with her after her appearance with Mady and Cara. Remember when she appeared on Good Morning America when her last special showed. Normally she would have gone on the Today Show to promote it. But apparently they did NOT invite her so she had to go on GMA. Darn, the Today Show will be forced to have her back. What a shame.
It kind of annoyed me about how they kept pushing the pm to call Cosby.
She's not stupid. She knew a call there could bring in big dollars, yet she elected not to make the call.
Knowing that a call there could make the win, and yet electing not to make it tells me that she must have had a pretty good reason for not making the call. That's her call. No one should be second guessing her on it.
I didn't like how the others didn't respect her decision not to make the call. It wasn't respectful to her in the least.

Why didn't TLC make a donation for Kate? It could have helped to advertise her "specials" coming up. I thought she was best friends with Kendra and her DWTS buddies and Taylor Swift and People magazine. Seems if she is as loved as she says she is she should have lots of connections. Very telling.

I think Kate is not lazy when it comes to self promotion and using her kids. She will tirelessly pursue any and all opportunities for fame.
When it comes to working, that's another story. All one needs to do is watch the RV episodes to see that Kate did a minimum of actual work-leaving for hours to find "organic" food. Holing up with TFM in her RV for HOURS getting hair and makeup done, all the while Jamie and Ashley are watching the kids, feeding them, setting up camp etc.
When was the last time Trump gave the person he was firing $25k for their charity? Of the seasons I have watched, that has never happened. I think he knew Keisha should not have been fired but had to keep polarizing Kate on the show longer so gave Keisha a parting gift. JMO
They kept the Bill Cosby stuff in for publicity, which worked because that is what is being talked about on the Internet today, IMO.
I watched Downton instead, so am waiting anxiously for the recap. One thing I read that was interesting is how CA reveals true personalities of these D Listers. I hope TFM was not involved in helping her with her tasks, but I think he was. No doubt she entered the show with a strategy and was coached but that will not last because she cannot help but reveal who she really is. Although she attempted to draw attention to herself with the faces, looks like she managed to stay clear of most of the drama for now. The wedding dress task should be a hoot, though.

I think at this point TFW is happy to play the person people love to hate. It is all she has to offer since she is a bad combination of lazy and incompetent. If it wasn't for the Omarosa effect that TFW is bringing to this season of CA I think she would have been eliminated last night. She was in charge of the pies the Cake Boss didn't like and she didn't raise any money at all for the charity. But the real problem may be Kate herself. Spray-tanned to an unappealing shade of chestnut, wearing heels to any and all occasions (even when that means she isn’t able to play with her kids, whom she tends to treat as small irritants), she looks and acts more like a C-list starlet than a struggling mom, and it’s pretty clear TLC has taken any struggle out of her day-to-day existence. While she’s now a single mom, she’s one who gets book deals and TV contracts and has a bodyguard. We could just as easily be watching a family of meerkats for as much as we can relate to Kate’s high class problems.

I think people are giving TFW too much credit for being the big draw on the show. Kevin Jonas has almost 5 million followers and Brandi has over 600K followers. Brandi and Kenya (?) are both on very popular housewife shows right now. TFW is going to continue to talk over everyone in the boardroom because that's what she does with her kids. We already know that she doesn't get fired right away but don't know whether it's due to dumb luck or if she amps up the drama. Every season needs a Gary Busey and a Meatloaf so I guess this is her time to shine in that role.

TFW is so out of place with the other contestants. She's with a group of educated, practiced, hard working people but her total lack of substance of any kind makes her stick out like a sore thumb. She's so totally uninformed and she can't relate to her peers. And her face contortions and silly eye rolls... are immature and prove how out of place she is.
If TFW has something to say she needs to put her thoughts into words and express them like the adult she is supposed to be rather than making faces like a child - a lesson she should be teaching her children instead of trying to be cute and desperate for attention. In the context of when the show was filmed, I can see his point. I'm not saying he is right, just that I can see his point. However, his Twitter response is unforgivable, but certainly not surprising. For him to concede that he missed her cues would be to admit he made a mistake, and that will never ever happen. I suppose he thinks it shows weakness, or some similar Neanderthal thought. It would have served him well to say that if this was being filmed today, there may have been a different outcome. But given the information he had at the time, he thinks he made the right call. But, in his mind, that would be the equivalent of admitting he made a mistake, which, like TFW, he would never, ever do.
His statement makes him look like a bullying, narcissistic and amoral tyrant--which, of course, he is.
I too have been gone for awhile, but couldn't resist taping CA last night while I watched Downton Abby. I fast-forwarded through the episode this morning, stopping only to watch TFW in the boardroom.
Her physical appearance is shocking, she looks dreadful. She has ruined her looks with Botox, and whatever else she has injected in to her face. Her lifeless hair draped her dead eyes and waxy face, nothing moving naturally (other than her bobble-head motion). What came out of her mouth was meaningless, trite and vacuous.
The Donald will keep her around for awhile to garner ratings, but she should have been eliminated last night.
She is trying to be so cutesy, demure and polite, but it just makes her appear completely insincere and not particularly bright. 185

BTW, Robert has posted the Pastebin journal excerpt on his site. I know some of you do not believe he would risk posting the journal on pastebin, but because it deals with 2006 and part of 2007, that's the same timeline he used, and now he has posted it on his site with a Pastebin disclaimer.
I cannot or do not know how to see the entire journal on Pastebin but it looked like there were over 200 typed pages? Is the entire journal posted? I always wondered if she wrote about her infatuation with Steve (we know about the hearts on the calendar, LOL). She wrote so much detail that I cannot believe she did not write about her crush. I don't know when TLC hired him, but they were everywhere together in 2008-2009.
Adding to one of my previous comments quoting a TV critic, put me down for watching a family of meerkats rather than Kateplus8, LOL.

Her eyes seemed like they had been scotch-taped open. She looked constantly surprised but half asleep at the same time.
There was an abundance of botox happening on quite a few of the celebs' faces. They all start to look alike after awhile. The makeup tables must have syringes full of the stuff ready to inject at the first sign of a wrinkle.

Of all people to claim TFW is not lazy, her hairdresser has to be
the most hilarious choice. When she's with him, she has carved
out an ENTIRE DAY to work on her appearance. A long trip to
NYC, hours and hours in a chair being groomed, and then often
a meal in NYC afterwards (perhaps some yummy fish in paper!),
then a long trip home. No "feeding a meal" in that equation.
No endless piles of laundry. No cleaning. No errands. Just
basically a day of pampering without her children. Her hairdresser
saying she's not lazy has just as much validity as DT saying she
is a great mother. Which is to say, none.
DT, and bobblehead Kate and Kenya are dense. Just dense. Keisha repeatedly said she would not be contacting BC and no one says, "hmm...why? It makes no sense on the surface, but maybe there's a reason why"
BC would have been a no brainer, so why would Keisha not be swayed when asked over and over again?
Think, people. Think.
And there's Kate, nodding in agreement with Dump Truck, who still thinks Keisha should have gotten money from an alleged sexual predator and criminal.
Let's say Keisha did get money from BC. Would charity would have kept it after the allegations surfaced?
I still can't believe the Smithsonian will continue to show his art as their marquee exhibit.
His money and art collection should be rejected by anyone with a moral compass.
She should have been fired strictly on the basis of the "spices". Who among us would add, what was it, 15 (?) cups, without tasting/checking before adding such an amount even to a huge batter. Ha,ha, "her" pie didn't win.
I'm guessing that "check" that didn't get there in time, will arrive in time to save her (temporarily) later on down the line.
