Kate on Wendy Williams, Jan. 28

Kate pays a visit to one of her biggest critics today as Wendy Williams hosts the finally fired Apprentice dud.

I was watching Shark Tank and then the CA repeat came on. The look on kate's face when Vivica said that she shouldn't be fired, and then Trump asked her who she thought should be fired and she said, Shawn. The look on her went to oh **** to HA HA! that dopey grin, slowly bobbing head.

When they gathered in the lounge? to get the Chock full of O'nuts task when they were told and Trump said, GO! everyone with kate was walking and kate just stood there about 5 to 10 seconds and slowly put her hands together with the look of love, admiration, joy, happiness.

She does not do that ever with the kids. EVER!

Thanks Sue Buddy,
"It's been almost 4 years since Kate got her Twitter account. Back then, Milo tweeted that her daughter ("the girl" as she says) was 12, "the boy" was 16. So they're aging appropriately."

Guess it just seemed like years lol so we should be be in for a 'sweet sixteen party' very soon.

Just thinking about the Montana Big Sisters (MBS) visiting,
and wondering what TFW's list (book?) of rules looked like.
It's one thing to tell some minimum-wage stranger not to let
your ex-husband on the property, but can you imagine writing
that down for someone who actually knows the man? Because
if these women have known the kids since they were born,
surely they know Jon.

I don't think anyone disagrees that the person isn't a disgusting human being. Vile doesn't even begin to describe her tweets, and I agree with you that no proof has been shown as to what exactly those DMs contained. I also agree that the young girl should have known better than to tweet with a stranger. Em's a bragger who meets stars by paying for meet and greets, or through the VIP Nation tickets, which cost a small fortune.
&&&

I don't follow twitter close enough to know exactly what vile behavior toward the fans organics has done however I will say Em certainly did NOT stay out of the BV mess in the past. She may have cheered them on with a cute smile but I really don't care how you dress it up, supporting what is going on is the same as doing it yourself.

&&&
I just PROVE that on #CelebApprentice? If asked,I simply tell truth! #WhatAmIMissing?
&&&

Very typical of somebody not very self-aware. She really can't see what everybody else sees. What is she missing, indeed. I almost, ALMOST feel sorry for her when I see that she apparently truly doesn't understand what the problem is with her performance on that show.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

look at how whiney and mouthy the kids are! If they were being abused or afraid of their mother, they would never behave like this.

***

I disagree. How are abused children supposed to behave?

&&&&

Yes, correct. Abused children behave in all sorts of ways. Some withdrawn, some are whiny and mouthy, some act out in a variety of other ways. Proves nothing that they're whiny and mouthy.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

So why doesn't Jon have right of first refusal?

&&&

He does. That source doesn't know what they're talking about.

This is news to me. Are there tweets that you can direct me to? Never have I seen a tweet directed to her from any of the BV terrorists nor have I seen her name even mentioned in tweets or on blogs on the subject.

I will say this, with regard to: "but I really don't care how you dress it up, supporting what is going on is the same as doing it yourself," is exactly why I don't condone or defend what organics did.

Kate wasn't saying she had no idea where the kids were. She was saying that she had no idea that the question about where the kids were would lead to such controversy. It was just an offhand question asked of her, and she answered it truthfully(ha ha).

reader: I agree Kate's reaction to Mady's Zorro painting was all out of proportion, as was her freak-out to the paint. What did she expect? It was weird how she giggled and pranced, snapping pictures of the mediocre painting, but was not concerned that the bird was up there. He could have got lost or ill from the paint, as was discussed before.

Also ,no one enjoyed the pumpkin throwing game she masterminded- no one wanted her on their team and Cara gave quite a few choice words about TFW and her rules and need to control. Then TFW said how much everyone loved it?? Does she not think the viewers have eyes and ears? She blames the kids' behavior on the fact that they are indeed, kids- not her horrible parenting.

Readerlady: I am still waiting for my copy of the PG book! I am anxious to read it and am sure i will find it very interesting. Was yours from Amazon?

It amazes me, the variety of tactics sKate uses to bring the attention back to herself when someone else is in the spotlight. Join a team and beat little kids, throw an OCD fit when Jon and the kids are having fun carving pumpkins, burst into tears when things get tough, hand flapping, yelling, head nodding, freaking out that she's afraid, making faces, verbal diarrhea. The list goes on and on. She MUST be the center of attention.

She did it on CA and she does it constantly on the kid's show.

I'm a huge football fan, and we have "must watch" games when our teams play, but I don't think I went to a Super Bowl party until my teens or 20's.
I didn't follow football, nor did I know what the hell was going on, so why would I want it on my tv as a kid?
I can see if your parents are super into it, and as a kid, you get to tag along with the experience. But, to make kids watch it is stupid and simply a photo op.
I'm guessing what's in it for the kids is eating fun food. Doubt they even know who's playing.

About LIW, she was born in Feb. 7, 1867 and died Feb. 10, 1957. She went from horses and wagons, to cars, to airplanes and to missing the first manned space flight by the Soviets in April, 1961, by 4 years!

Rose Wilder was born Dec. 5, 1886 and died Oct. 30, 1968. The Apollo moon space mission was on July 20, 1969. Rose missed the landing by 6 months! Horses and wagons, to cars, to planes, to seeing the Soviets, but missed the moon landing.

I just find this fascinating.

Second, why would she get the tup girls vanities and place them so high they could not even look in the mirror? Do they need a guest room with the garage suite? That little room could be for the girls to spread out a bit more than in that small room for the three.Maybe they'd get along better with more room. Amazing a mansion is too small!

..............................

Isn't that a detached garage? Unless they added some way to connect the two, I would not want them having to get out in the weather to get to their room.

Could it be that they intentionally chose a place with small bedrooms? If they had already decided against any more filming in bedrooms, they might be thinking less "wasted" space.

I remember seeing the maple syrup because there was so much of it - maybe 10 jugs - and because it looked like the kind we buy (we just get one small jug) when we go to Vermont in early autumn. Maple syrup comes in all grades and prices but I'm guessing the one she had was maybe $20 a jug. And there's no way she'd spend $$ on it. #grifter If someone can get a closer look it would be pretty easy to price.

I do feel sorry for her for the recent events though. Poor girl.

8888888888888888888888888

I'm missing something here. What I saw was a 20 yr old, flapping her gums and flaunting the fact that she was a G insider. I don't know what possessed her to send the DMs, nor do I know for sure what the content was, but the last thing I feel is pity for her.

The other party involved may be the nastiest person on the face of the earth, but that doesn't necessarily make her a liar. As for the tabloids not picking up the story, I find it hard to believe they consider anything to be hitting below the belt. And as I stated earlier today, I think it's possible that there's been a quid pro quo deal set up between the powers that be.

...............................

I did not see the offending tweets, but the tabloids may not have thought they got anything which they have not previously reported.

She got an unexpected crash course on how bad the 'Net can be.
Her mistake was using DM instead of public tweets to defend her queen - whatever was said or not said cannot be proven. Anyone even slightly familiar with editing tools can doctor up a screenshot to make it say anything. Why was she following that cow anyway? Isn't reciprocal following necessary to DM?

She was naive and giddy from appearing on the show. A deadly combination leading to irrational thinking. Kate would be right to cut Emily off from future access to the family for that serious lapse in judgment.

Formerly Duped said...

Bill, I meant if they needed a guest room, the guest could use the garage, not the little room next to the tups' new room.Kate is planning it to be the new 'official guest room' she said. That room I thought would be nice for the girls to use for the vanities, clothes, projects etc,or just to get away a bit from sisters. I didn't mean the kids
should go outside to their bedroom, oops! How many guests do they have! We know Jamie sleeps with Kate, and then Steve??

I think Jon and Kate originally said the small bedrooms were nice just for sleeping basically so they could keep an eye on the children in the larger 'public' rooms, but also they could 'disperse' more easily, too. As usual, it didn't quite make sense!

...........................

The first two episodes are up; two users uploaded them. Go search for "kate plus 8" and the words new and england for the first one. Rocking and boat for the second. Room and project should snag the third if it ever shows up. TLC has all three of them up on YT, but you have to pay to see them and they register the hit.

I always find it ironic when Kate gets praised out the wazoo for being such an uber mom, whilst hundreds or thousands of miles away from them.
She's made a job out of talking about being a mom, more than actually being a mom.
Then, when she is actually home, all she can do is bitch and complain about how overwhelmed she is, and how much she needs a break.

I'm beginning to think that her kids are so loud and act out because they are on hyperactive overdrive when she's physically there- it's like the intensity has to be turned up because they only get to have her home for so long, before she leaves again.

Does she go to Costco? Maybe she buys it there. I agree with you about maple syrup. There's a great little restaurant not far from me that makes incredible pancakes and waffles, better than anything I've had. As usual, he said/she said.
I don't give a hoot who the kids were with when and for how long. I really don't.

&&&&

Exactly. The point for me is that Kate couldn't simply let Jon say whatever, who cares--her hatred of him consumes her and she just HAD to throw him under the bus, repeatedly.

I think the reality was she didn't hear about Jon's interview and didn't realize he spilled the beans about what really happened when it came to custody during her stint on CA. Then she just got defensive about the story she put out there. Perhaps the Montana friends did house sit or help with the twins or get the kids to NYC. Perhaps that was not significant enough to Jon to make his "like" 3 weeks untrue.. Like so many things, the truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

Realitytvkids.com ~ Administrator said...

Of all of the women who were on CA, I think she is trying to emulate Leeza. Well-spoken, intelligent, classy and low-drama--isn't that the image she has been trying to sell?

&&&

Totally agree. I think this business idea for single moms is her way to be doing her own thing like Leeza does. Only she won't think it through will be lazy won't follow through and it'll fail. The only sad/funny part about it is it took her this long to notice this is what so many other celebs do. She had to actually have women doing this thrown in her face to catch on.

Mel said...

Ian said in his tweet that while some may take his game playing personal, that is brought there by their own ego's.

Huh. Wonder who he might be talking about....that woman who was so wound about the girl drama?

He goes on to say that it's just a game, but a game in which only one person remains standing. And his goal was to win at every task, so that he could be the last man standing, thus winning the most $ for his charity.

Someone else's goal was to be seen as a celebrity (and away from her kids). Raising $ for her charity was last on the list, if it was even on the list.

Camp who? Oh. I have to raise money? From who? Waddya mean you didn't give a pre-vetted list of people to call?

Mel said...

I think that TFW needs to decide whether it's more important that Jon earn money so that he isn't a 'deadbeat dad' (not that I'm saying that he is), or if it's more important that he have absolutely NONE of the limelight.

Look how she freaks when she thinks anyone is trying to step into the spotlight with her.

Her actions so far have said that it's most important to her that he not have any celebrity. The fact that she & TLC took away his means of earning a good income was just a bonus.

If it was truly important to her that he contribute financially, why not let him do the Divorced Dads thing? Or have TLC pay for him to go to school and get some kind of formal education? They could have even filmed it.

Not only is there no proof, but it would be illegal to cook up such an arrangement according to PA's own laws. You cannot "bargain away" child support in the great state of PA and in most other states. It is calculated completely separate from everything else.

I'm curious how the whole donation aspect is going to be "played"
on the show Tuesday. Sounds like originally a portion of the
proceeds (or "prodceeds" for us old timers) was going to be
donated to the shelter, but then it was all of it? If that decision
is made on camera, that doesn't mean it wasn't scripted. But
of course the fans will never understand that. They think it's
a documentary. Oh, TFW has spontaneously decided to play
a superfun pumpkin game with her kids! She comes up with
the best ideas! And luckily the TLC cameras were there to
capture the fun!

Here's my snarky prediction. Just as the sale is ending, and TFW
has used the word "exhausted" for the 17th time, a 3-legged stunt
dog (hired by TLC) hops into frame, and ol' animal-lovin' TFW starts
to weep, and decides on the spot to donate all of the money to the
shelter! Yay animals! Yay TFW! Oh, the kudos she'll get from
the fans, who will conveniently forget that TFW was paid for the
episode, and that much of what she sold was given to her.

True, and the fans are too stupid to realize that if such a deal was made, then their idol had a part in it, which would mean that she participated in something not sanctioned by the courts. In fact, it would be illegal.

If they had any ounce of intelligence, they wouldn't go stating this as "deal" as fact. I can't believe that there isn't at least one among them who would understand even the "basics" of child support laws in PA.

I don't follow Twitter feeds, and the only blog about the Gosselins that I read is this one here. That saves me from having to read or see a whole bunch of nastiness. However, Emily is not some naive and innocent young lady. She apparently has mother issues, which is why I think she finds certain adult female celebs appealing. She has the financial means and opportunities to get a higher education, to choose an exciting career path, but that doesn't seem of much interest to her. She is a nice looking young lady and probably has her pick of any number of nice guys her own age, and that doesn't seem to interest her much either. Instead, she'd rather provide free babysitting to Kate and try to imitate her looks. Pretty sad.

She chose to engage with another Twitter follower. Whatever she said in her DMs may have unintentionally revealed private information about Kate. Dumb! Instead of stopping at one or two DM's, she apparently kept on responding. Dumber! She's in her early 20's - time to grow up and stop pretending that the Gosselin children are her precious little buddies. Time to stop idolizing people she doesn't really know and start thinking about a life path that involves people in her daily life, instead of celebrities that she imagines could have been her mother.

I am amused that some Kate defenders think they can raise enough money to hire a lawyer to sue other Twitter people who might say things that hurt their feelings. If they could scrape together enough for a one-hour consultation, I'd be surprised.

Formerly and PJ -- Ring 5 has a whole line of pet shampoos. I don't know about a dry shampoo, but they do have a waterless shampoo. You spray it on then towel the pet dry. No wetting/no rinsing. I used to keep a spray bottle of it in my grooming kit for cat show accidents and it works great. Has a conditioner that leaves coat soft and clean.

Formerly, it's encouraging that your pup can walk a few steps already. As she continues to recover, she'll get stronger. If you aren't using them already, puppy pads (or disposable diapers, opened all the way out, or get people bed liners for "accidents" -- and these are much cheaper) in her bed will help. Makes clean-up a lot faster and less messy and may help lessen her embarrassment. A well-trained animal will sometimes hold it beyond what is healthy, so find ways to let her know that it's okay for her to let loose in her bed if she needs to. Good luck with her. She's lucky to have you to love and care for her. Much luckier than 8 children we all know of and are concerned for.

Even if she were moderately nice to her children, or respectful or nurturing or at all maternal, the exploitation alone is abuse.

Their own mother, and a production TEAM, creates and sets up fake scenarios called "memories" for her children just to be filmed and SOLD.

At it's core, we have to start seeing that using children as reality t.v. props is abuse, plain and simple.

Of course, add to that the years of filmed documentation of the vile way Kate treats her children, her own journals about how she abused them and yet, there she is.

Still on our fuckin' television sets trying to convince people that she's a victim in all of this.

She refers to her life as "long and treacherous days".

"But I think with The Celebrity Apprentice, I was excited to do it because it was a challenge that I felt more suited for and I felt very comfortable in. It intrigued me to be honest and I was able to learn a lot from a lot of business savvy people who know a lot more than I do. I just kind of wanted to see if my long and treacherous days that never end at home was too much to do and if the short timelines and pressure at home would apply in the business world as well and they did. It transferred over and I think that was the thing for me. I wanted to prove to myself that the pressure of having 8 kids at home transferred over into the business world."

Another interview where Kate throws the kids under the bus and pats herself on the back for having to deal with them.

It intrigued her to be honest? Is that like being inspired to be honest (for a change). Oh, wait, she's saying "to be honest" as opposed to her usual lies.

Long and treacherous days? What in the heck is she talking about? The kids are gone from 7 to 5, five days a week, and every other weekend with Jon. Just how 'treacherous' can the days be if she's all alone? What if she had a full-time job like so many other mothers out there...when your work at home doesn't begin until your other job ends? Could she cope? I doubt it. I have yet to see anyone ask her what she does all day when the kids aren't home to drive her nuts.

Kate, if there is so much pressure having to deal with eight kids, then find a good boarding school for them. You have the money. What's stopping you? Oh, wait...then she couldn't whine and complain over her long and treacherous days. Adoration from the sheeple would stop, and that's really what she lives for.

I am amused that some Kate defenders think they can raise enough money to hire a lawyer to sue other Twitter people who might say things that hurt their feelings. If they could scrape together enough for a one-hour consultation, I'd be surprised.

-----
-----

They are sheeple. That says it all. There just is no intelligence or critical thinking there at all, and it's sad. But just let them do it. It probably makes them feel important.

"She chose to engage with another Twitter follower. Time to stop idolizing people she doesn't really know and start thinking about a life path that involves people in her daily life, instead of celebrities that she imagines could have been her mother."

-----
-----

Millicent, spot on. She's not a 13 or 14 year old middle school student with a crush on a celebrity one week and then moves on to another the next week. Tweeting with a stranger about her involvement as a nanny wasn't just an error in judgment. She's a 20 year old college student who should have known better than to engage an internet stranger who clearly has some very disturbing anger issues going on, along with a frightening obsessive compulsion to go off on others. The content of those messages between Em and that person really is secondary; Emily never should have been involved in any kind of communication with her (or him...we really don't know).

In reading Em's blog post, one certainly can see that she has mommy issues, in addition to being a very insecure young woman. I can't figure out why she would even put that out there on a blog unless she's crying for help from someone. Why post those very private feelings for everyone to see? Something is off there, and I really hope that she gets the help that she needs. She may be a lovely young women from a great family, but I'd still be very reluctant to hire her to care for my children, but that's just me. It sounds like she offered Kate a free babysitting service and if it was free, would Kate say no? Doubtful.

Since Em is all about who she knows in the celebrity world, it's just one more feather in her cap to be able to say, hey, I'm not just a fan...I'm a long time family friend. I *am* someone. She seems to desperately need that.

I don't have Twitter and I'm not sure about this messaging thing, but to DM someone, does each person have to follow the other? If so, why would Em even follow this person? Certainly she must have seen her disgusting tweets about the Gosselin children. Em claims to love "her" kiddos so much. Why even engage a person who slams these kids? I don't get it. There must be something we don't know, and most likely never will know.

when Wendy Williams said that Jon doesn't see the kids, Kate corrected her and said that he does see them? How does that fit

&&&

Well the answer to that one is so simple I'm not sure why you're asking. Because there's photo PROOF he does see her children and very recent photo proof, like at the garage sale and having pizza this summer.

She can't very well sit there when there is photo proof of it and try to say he doesn't see his kids. That's not credible.

What she CAN lie about and get away with or try to, is the more personal, grayer details that Jon's friends and family know about, but the general public doesn't necessarily really hear much about to realize she's lying.

Kate's manipulative and she's cunning. She knows just how much to push a lie and she knows exactly what she can and can't get away with. That I give her credit for. Quite frankly, she's not dumb enough to peddle a lie like the one you suggested. She had to admit that one to Wendy.

And, I think a lot of talk show hosts are handcuffed to a script, or they really don't care.
Their comfy couch is made for only upbeat conversation, nothing too heavy. I imagine Kate, filled up on Starbucks, away from the kids, hair and makeup done and thinking about another night in NY with her bodyguard, well I imagine she can be pleasant.

I know this was discussed before, but I really think that there is something wrong in the thought/language process. What's in her head (what she wants to say) just doesn't come out in a logical speech pattern. There have been so many examples of this. Something just isn't right.

*******

How is it that she felt 'suited' for the challenge of CA?
Sounds like the only things she brought to the table for CA are the 'long and treacherous days that never end' that she thinks she puts in at home. Not creativity or hard work, or problem solving, or being a leader... nothing, nada. SMDH And, I'm sure the other contestants appreciated all she contributed. NOT

One thing for sure is that she's going to try to use her stint on CA as a springboard to re-brand herself. I think it's going to end the same as her dating show, the cancelled project of going around helping moms/families, her talk show hosting career, her career as an author, and her blogging career have all turned out. She doesn't see projects thru to their end, she has no substance, she's inauthentic, she is unimaginative, and she has a horrid work ethic. W/O the kids involved, she brings nothing of her own to the table. We'll see how her stint as a businesswoman has progressed after a year. I think I have an idea how it's going to turn out.

If they had any ounce of intelligence, they wouldn't go stating this as "deal" as fact. I can't believe that there isn't at least one among them who would understand even the "basics" of child support laws in PA.

&&&&

And if they had that ounce the reason that you can't bargain support away would make sense to them.

There is a presumption a child has a right to be supported whether that's by parents living together or separate. No one has the right to bargain away that right because the right belongs to the CHILD, not the parent.

Think about the consequences of allowing parents to make back door support deals and how situations can come about that are not in a child's best interest. If you just stop coming around for your weekend visits, I'll let you off the hook on support. Or, if you just don't put up a fuss about me not wanting to vaccinate our child, I'll let you out of your support.

Or, if you just let me film the children no matter how bad it is for them, I won't make a stink about your support.

The law sometimes makes logical sense, as it does here by now allowing such scenarios.

It's too bad that anyone who watches the TLC shows knows she's a fraud and nothing like the 'brand' she's tried to sell on CA. CA is a game. It's too bad she's so clueless about that and about life.

I'm so sick of her saying everything she does is to teach her kids a life lesson. If that was the case she'd have had her butt in a chair in a psychiatrist's office asking for help the morning after her show aired last week (well, long before that, but last week was one of the worst).

KG: I don’t have a problem with Vivica at all. I didn’t have a problem with her then. I think that I just was naïve to all the times that she threw me under the bus (saying that I shopped for too long or that I did this or did that). After about three weeks of her saying that “Kate should be fired, Kate should be fired, Kate should be fired…” by the When it got to the point where she was saying that I should be fired because my hairdresser (that I hired for free and did what I was asked to do) took too long, I just realized that the long and short of it was just that I was a threat to Vivica and she wanted me gone. To be honest, though, I don’t have a problem with her and the show is over. I hold no ill will toward any of the cast members. I’m not that kind of a person. I don’t worry about it.
========
Yeah, that's the ticket! Vivica was threatened by TFW and wanted her gone. Never mind that TFW rarely had a clue as to what was going on and if Leeza hadn't stepped up to save her ass in the Neat challenge she would have been gone.

I love this reasoning and I guess this is why her fans connect with her.

&&&&&&&&&&&&

Here's the thing with her lies. For some reason, she can't get it through her head that there are locals who can very easily call her out on them and prove that she lies. I remember when she claimed that her kids were ranked at the top of their class. Kate, there are those who know that this was a lie. The school doesn't rank kids. You want it known that the children are doing well in school, fine. You don't lie about it. There are those who know the truth. Yes, she exaggerates (the two feet of snow when there was just a coating), but it's the out and out lies that are disturbing, and the fact that she never considers that there are those who can prove that she is lying through her teeth. She's always truthful and honest? Baloney.

Off topic...

I just listened to the weather report. Snow, possibly starting at 7 a.m., maybe as rain or freezing rain, changing to snow and sleet, or all snow beginning any time from noon to 7 p.m., maybe as a wintry mix, or it could be all rain until 8 p.m., changing back to snow overnight and ending sometime either in mid-morning on Monday, or it might be all rain before becoming snow again later in the day. Or it could all be out of here by mid-morning with only rain.

These guys get PAID for this? I think I'll just open my garage door and if the driveway is white, I'll shovel. It it's wet, I won't.

Kate's area is in the "up to eight inches" zone, so watch for the snowblower pictures, or spreading 200 pounds of salt (all by herself) or whatever.

Localyocal, according to the area forecast, you will be spared most of this mess. So far. But you ever know!

Murtz Jaffer really kissed Kate's azz in this interview. Jaffer has been criticised for being quite opinionated about certain Big Brother contestants in the past. His objectivity has been questioned and this interview with TFW sounds like he's taken a seat on the sheeple side of the aisle.

"MJ: Will you ever invite Vivica over to babysit for you?

KG: No. I don’t know that any of the cast has volunteered to babysit. ... I don’t know that any of them would be able to survive 8 kids. I mean if you asking like ‘would Vivica survive in my house?,’ I don’t know a whole lot of people who would survive in my house. I survive. I don’t know how Vivica feels about me or what her lasting impression of me is. I don’t know. I mean I have kept in contact with a few people but I don’t know that I spent time worrying about it. I really don’t. You have to understand when I tell you that I don’t hold ill will towards people. I realize it’s a rare quality but I just don’t. I’m too busy in my life to spend time snivelling over who doesn’t like me and who does like me. I don’t care."

*****

Good grief. I'll bet that just about anyone could walk into her house and manage the kids much better than she does any and every day. It's not hard when you're mentally healthy, mature and love your kids unconditionally. Just like packing for a trip, she makes even parenting harder than it has to be. She doesn't realize that her actions, not her words, are what and how people will believe she doesn't hold grudges. So far, her actions are sure sending the wrong message!

********

What an unappetizing meal that looks like. Served on a paper plate, dried out chicken fingers, a pile of dry looking edamame. Blechhhh It doesn't look like they use utensils. I know younger kids eat with their fingers, especially chicken fingers, and there's nothing wrong with it, I do it, too, but the beans? I guess if the beans don't have anything on them, but... gaaaaaaa
She posted this at 5:45pm her time and says it's a late meal? Photo taken a diff day?

Am I missing something, the broken foot was actually a broken toe but now has ballooned to 3 bones in her leg broken?

Whoopie. A couple of pieces of chicken and those damn peas again. Where's the starch on that plate? There's no carbs there unless you count the flour on the chicken. Those kids will be hungry in less than an hour.

Suze: Edamame is eaten with your fingers, you de-shell the beans to eat the beans, you do not eat the shell. And it does not look like chicken fingers, but a wing & wing drum stick. To me that is usually not a enough food. Maybe 6 wing & drum wing would be enough. The amount of edamame, un-shelled is about a hand full. And no none of my birds are allowed in the kitchen when I am cooking or eating.

One thing that disturb me was her answer about the dog, when Zorro is out the dog is not let in the house. So, I think the dog spends 90% of it's life outside. My dogs spend 90% of their lives inside. Yeah, Kate loves animals.

FlimsyFlamsy: Actually, Kate did use her children in an indirect way. When she was interviewed, she compared the women fighting to 14 year olds, Kate has 2 14 year olds. The way Kate sat at the last board meeting, and let them fight/argue it out, not even jumping in to say Hey, enough, which is what a leader/PM/Boss does, Kate does this with her kids, let them fight it out.

getofftwitter said...

Oh forgot one thing, Kate said in a recent interview, that she used/compared her home life with 8 kids, to CA. That is saying that what the cast did on CA is the same stuff her kids do. That is why she was so comfortable being in NYC on CA than going home. Besides the perks.

Has she ever researched foods that are toxic to birds? While the jury is still out on the safety of edamame for parrots, what if the plate contained a slice of avocado or apples with seeds? Zorro would grab those before Kate realized what happened, and that bird could be dead.

She's really pushing this no malice kick she's on. I guess that means she's patched things up with her parents and Jon and Beth and Kevin and Jodi and Judy the nanny and Tony and Em Tanner and NoNetz and Robert and Scott Kluth and ... help me out, who am I missing?

Maybe she'll even join us here on the veranda for a tall glass. I can feel the love already.

Formerly -- I pre-ordered my PG book from Amazon, but I don't have it yet. I borrowed the copy I just read from the library. The S. Dakota Historical Society ordered a 50,000 initial print run, and were just overwhelmed with orders. Libraries and schools took precedence, so the rest of us are waiting for the subsequent print runs.

Preordered my copy of "Pioneer Girl" back in September on Amazon. It finally came yesterday. Big, lovely, detailed book. I've just flipped through it so far. It will take a while to read properly.

Would she bring Security Steve to join us at the veranda, or would she opt for Jeff "not-a-boyfriend" boyfriend? Or both? Maybe the three of them could feel the love in their own little corner. They wouldn't need us.

Of course you don't like the perfectly reasonable explanation why someone as manipulative as kate would sometimes tell the truth. I would expect no less! Lol why ask in the first place?

Not every single thing out of her mouth is a lie. The fact that she occasionally tells the truth does not prove she doesn't occasionally lie. That's quite a leap in logic there, but you're welcome to make it. Just don't land wrong and twist your ankle.

What I said about the kids not being abused is what I've heard the Kate fans saying. Basically, if they were abused they wouldn't be acting like they are.
I believe those kids are still being abused and are putting on a show for the cameras with Kate's permission. How confusing it must be for them.

Really? So what part of having eight kids prepares TFW for declaring Chapter 11 and laying off employees? At last report, one can't lay off their kids just because economic times are tough.

On the other hand, TFW has outsourcing nailed down. She didn't hire help to raise the kids - she just dumped the child-rearing responsibilities onto whoever came cheap enough to her liking.

Oh puleeeeze, get over yourself already.
There's a list as long as my arm with people we've actually SEEN "taking on 8 kids" that danced circles around you. Jon, Beth, Jody, Ashley...so please, just stop.
Secondly I think you're on Vivica's mind a whole lot less than she's on yours obviously. It was a freaking game lady, stop with the melodramatics and get on with it, like you seem to be spouting. Put your money where your mouth is.

Vanessa said...

********************************************************************
That right there justifies her behavior. She has given herself permission to act any way she wants, treat people any way she wants because she just "doesn't care". Must be nice to go through life that way, isn't it?

Vanessa said...

It has never occurred to her that people actually have to WORK towards success. Then when she fails at it due to her total lack of effort she falls back on those kids to bring in the money.
**********************************************
I also think that in her mind she believes she IS working. She was genuinely shocked (the molar shot on CA proved it) that she was being called lazy. Again, someone else's truth isn't meshing with HER truth. And her falling back on her kids? She doesn't think "they" are working, on camera and off camera. She's always bragging about how she runs a tight ship because she has to and is expected to be praised for her Little Orphan Annie compound. Even if she begrudgingly gives them any credit or their dues, she will, in the same sentence "outdo" them in . Look at how she would marginalize Jon, made him repeat "Kate does a lot" even grabbing his mouth with her flappy hands to make him say it. Totally dismisses any work/contribution anyone else makes.
That's how she sees things, she'll twist and turn everything to suit her purpose and any critiquing is never taken into account, she DOESN'T CARE, she said it herself.

"So nice that she put her child's underwear hoarding out there for public mocking. Lovely.
Having your mother (and a couple of siblings) snicker at you on national tv for your solution to a problem that *she* caused.

I still go back to the fact that nothing is their own. Even their food. They can't even go sit at the table and feel like that's their plate with the food that they chose.

Nope. They have to have it served prison style...the warden chooses the plate AND the food amount.

It's like they're being held hostage...which in many ways they are.

She decides everything, and she takes away anything personal, ipads, phones, etc.
And she sees to it that they don't feel that they have anything that is their own. Everything is communal property, and she'll decide when/if they're allowed to use it.

Sad, sad, sad. This is abuse on so many levels."

*****************************************

Mel, I had to copy your whole comment because every point is so valid. Yes, it is abuse.

The poor, put upon, good Christian, God's will, have to feed my babies, please pay my bills preferably in whole but in part will be okay I guess, need a t.v. show, don't need a husband got a bodyguard, boys are yucky and stink, oh you're thirsty? thanks for reminding me that I am too, do you have to breathe like that...

One of our dogs had both ACLs tear and got surgery (several years apart-when one tears, the other probably will follow at some point), and he did a few sessions of rehab both times, getting electrical stim, range of motion and underwater treadmill.

Kate really believes CA is some sort of relevant, respectable bullet point to put on her resume.
It's just another footnote to her D-list life.
