When one of the producers asked if people were excited to come to the garage sale, Aaden said "people came just to get our stuff. It's so weird." I think the kid knows he's one ninth a part of the sideshow and that people came to gawk and get a souvenir just like they did the Dionne quints.

Yes, exactly, and I think that they are giddy to the point of drooling with glee when she insults him. It just opens it up for them to bash even more, almost like they have her approval to do so, because, well, she did it first and so they continue trash talking him. When they do, they know that SHE knows that they are on her side and therefore she has sheeple in her corner supporting her in her hatred of him. There is no moral or ethical compass guiding any of them. They just tell her what she wants to hear, kids be darned.

The problem with these darn interviews, such as the one Jon gave, is that you really don't know exactly what was said in what context because so much of it isn't printed.
When I read that he said that "all is good," I didn't understand that as meaning reality television and the shows and continuing to film them is acceptable, wonderful and good, but that all is good because they are in a school where they want to be, they are maturing, and it's good because they have kind of settled into their life with her, that he is happy in his work and he gets to see more and more of them; therefore, "all is good." I didn't interpret this to mean that he agrees with filming or that he has any desire to film with them.

I tried the link for Jon's interview, but there wasn't much in the print version, and the video showed him discussing the DJ gig. So, based on comments here, I'm on the fence. I know exactly where this area is and if he were going westbound away from Malibu town center he would be coming down a rather large hill past the Malibu bluffs, where you really should tap your breaks a bit instead of just coasting down.
The speed also goes up from either 40-45 to 50 about a quarter of a mile before there, which means people will go 60 or more.
I worked at the top of that hill. Freaking scary to pull in and out.

Yes, and he was not the first involved. He was not the triggering event. The woman who died actually rear ended someone first who had suddenly slowed down. It sounds like they were all stopped when Bruce drove up to it and slammed her.
I tend to give more of the benefit of the doubt to cars that are at the end of the pileup rather than the beginning, the triggering event. We will have to see what the investigation entails.
Looking at phones is standard procedure now. Although, research shows talking to passengers in the car or changing the radio is just as bad as texting. Distracting driving in general is a problem, not just texting.

Yes, AND that hill. That hill is steep and if you misjudge the traffic in front of you in any way as you said it's a shitstorm. That one little stretch has had a lot of accidents over the years. I remember once when a bicyclist was killed near there if not right there.
I was skeptical that paparazzi were "chasing" him too or creating unsafe conditions, despite reports. That is extremely frowned upon in that area. Paparazzi in general either don't hang out there at all or if they do are extremely reserved. It's not like Bev. Hills or NYC where they will chase and hound you. As for who was at fault in the crash - apparently they can tell by examining the damage to the "middle car" whether the front was damaged first, or the back. If the front collision happened first, the middle car is at fault for the accident; if the back collision happened first, the back car is at fault. A co-worker of mine was the "middle car" in an accident (fortunately only property damage, no injuries). The first car stopped, she stopped, and the car in back of her hit her hard enough to push her into the car in front of her. Examination of her car's damage verified her version of events, and the last (third) car was found responsible for the damages to all 3 cars.
Of course, she still had to live without her car for too long while it was being repaired.

I read that it hit a black Prius, but haven't seen any pics that show that car. I was on the receiving end of a serious rear end collision years ago. The woman hit my car with a huge truck and totalled it. It looked like an accordion. She had no damage whatsoever as her high bumper absorbed the hit. Her ice cream cones were sliding off the seat beside her and she was reaching for them when she hit me. My neck swelled up like hippo's.

It's fairly standard practice for investigating officers to check for cell phone usage when there's been an accident. I'm sorry for the family of the driver that died. Sounds very scary for all involved.

As to Jon's interview. I think each of us will interpret his words based on our pre-existing view of Jon. I don't believe he thinks filming the kids is fine. I was reading Kate's TL and someone posted some of the tweets that Milo sent to Kate when she was picking up the birthday dog. I remember that Milo was really freaky then, hinting that she was on her way to Kate's, but I had forgotten how absolutely unhinged she was during that time. If I remember correctly, Kate was not impressed and even some of the fans were concerned about what a jackass Milo was making of herself.

(Leslie) What I understand from the accident was the white Mercedes (dead woman's car) hit the black Prius, and then Bruce's car hit the back of her car. But the Mercedes was hit so hard, it spun into the other lane into on coming traffic. It was hit basically head on by the black Jeep. It sounds like her death and the great damage to the front of her car was from being hit from the black Jeep in the other lane. It is a shame that all those air bags did not save her. I never saw any photos of the black Prius.

CNN has an article about the car accident with accompanying video. It's a better explanation of what happened. You can also see the Prius, which was definitely rear ended. Jenner's SUV hit the Lexus, which caused it to be pushed into oncoming traffic and get hit but a Hummer.
It was just a chain reaction, which unfortunately led to someone's death and other's injuries.
KIAT, finally saw the black prius at the CNN link you provided. Then I found a recent article where a Sgt. Phillip Brooks poses an interesting question. It's clear that the horrific damage to the front end of the white Lexus was caused by the later collision with the Hummer, not before Bruce Jenner's car hit it.
In one of the articles, it was mentioned that the Lexus was hit by two of the largest and heaviest vehicles on the road, a Hummer and and Escalade. Except for transport trucks, they don't come any bigger than that. The poor lady didn't have a chance.

It's not winding at that part, not like some of the canyon roads anyway. It curves just gently to the right or left depending on whether you are east or westbound. It is a four way highway for sure there, with a possibly fifth and sixth turning lane to go right up to Corral Canyon or left down into a little neighborhood of beach houses. It is wide and has good shoulders. There is a medium further up but I don't think there.
It IS extremely steep coming into that light. Extremely. You cannot be gunning it down that hill with the possibility of a red light coming up on you there, or anything else that isn't moving. It flattens out maybe 150 feet into that light, which is why it looks so flat in the pictures. 150 feet is not a lot of time for a big car.
I buy this. They are saying this morning the Prius was stopped 300 feet from that light. That would be at just about the point the medium ends.
She is claiming she was at the light but there is rarely a line of cars at that light, too remote out that way, and cops aren't buying it.
They suspect she was about to make a U turn, and I completely buy that because there are a row of two dozen houses and buildings on the ocean side blocked by a medium. That is where I worked and you NEVER make a U turn to get into there, far too dangerous on the hill. You're SUPPOSED to turn right into the parking lot across the street where the medium breaks, then making a left from there. But that does tend to take a bit longer. It's safer though. But, I can't tell you how many people I saw popping a U-y at the bottom of that hill to get to that part of the highway. It was only a matter of time before something horrific happened.

I watched a few minutes of yesterday's shows. It's amazing how she said she planned blah blah blah, and she's always surprised at the outcome of her 'masterminding'....'didn't know the house would be this nice', or how nice the ropes course place would be, etc. She has no fuckety clue because she planned NONE of it. TLC has a lot of new shows coming up, Duggars, Little Couple, etc are back, so TFW's shows were likely a fill in post HBB.
I do think TLC will continue K+ 8 update specials periodically and I seriously believe that there was some "legal agreement" after the Blankinship reveal- we are talking about "Miss, Can I sue?"
Regardless, all of the most recent K +8 shows contain dysfunction, anger, kids out of control or completely silent, never mind boring. (yes I do watch You Tube). I think CA gave her a boost, as they ran at same time, but her show is so unpalatable, as viewing chaos, anger, spoiled or sassy kids or "checked out" kids is not where MOST want to see the kids go.

I helped my daughter paint her bedroom this summer and we had plenty of splotches- all came off with soap and water or a putty knife if dried, with no damage. She should have had them wear large baggies on their feet! They were encased in plastic over the rest of their bodies. For someone so 'green' she seems not to mind overuse of plastic and paper goods!
I watched the clip from Maine, with the seafood dinner. OMG- the drama over lobsters and deveining them! There's Kate, the amazingish cook, ruining perfectly good and expensive scallops by steaming them, and patting herself on the back for making cobbler. Cobbler is the most stupid simple dessert there is, and who hasn't reached for bags of oatmeal in a pinch? Kate never ceases to be impressed by Kate.
Is the finale just Kate's FAQ and old clips, or more of the kids' antics? If it's just TFW, I think the number of viewers will go down. Many people want to see the kids doing well as JMO indicated.I keep hoping to see that. Another thought about this over-the-top Chicken Little reaction to Instagram. Where was the fans' outrage with the Bill Blankinship revelation? Someone involved in child pornography had access to hundreds of hours of footage of the G kids in various stages of undress, as well as complete nudity. But once TFW tweeted, "NEVER HEARD OF HIM," they had to follow her lead. Move along - nothing to see here.
Fast forward a few years, and TFW gets wind that there might be pictures of her children out there that she hasn't approved (read: gotten paid for), and that's gotten her attention. And if it matters to Mama G (*shudder*), it matters to the fans.

I think Mr. Painter Man was pissed at Kate for letting those kids paint on the walls. She makes extra work for people that is totally unnecessary. If she had to paint those rooms herself, you can bet there would have been no #funtime with paints beforehand.

I would think that's better than him leaving the property, running on the road and getting hit by a car. We had a invisible fence, and in no time at all, our dog knew exactly where the boundary was and wouldn't get near it. Shoka probably knows, too, and stays far enough away that he doesn't get shocked.
I'm confused about the flea collar, though. Those things really aren't much good. Maybe she does use a good flea/tick product on him, but the guidelines state that they should not be used with a flea collar. With her, who knows?

Blowing in the wind: Kate, sated several times that the dog gets groomed every week. Either, Kate takes the dog there or the groomers send a car/van to pick the dog up. So, since the dog gets groomed every week, then, yeah, why a flea collar, that seems like overkill.
I still, keep my dogs in the house. That is their job to watch the house from the inside. It would be pointless to have them outside, since my dogs would only be able to protect the backyard, then the robbers can breakin in the front or side of the house. At Kates place, it is pointless, cause, all the robbers have to do is give the dog food with sleeping pills, or something to knock him out, and they can rob the house. Does not matter if you have an alarm, that can be cut. I went to a lecture on home safety. They had some felons , who were will to give advice on how to protect your home, from being robbed. They said, they can rob a home in less than 3-5 mins. They case the neighborhood, to see when people come & go, then if and what kind of dogs you have, are they big dogs-vs-little dogs, and are they friendly or barkers and not friendly and are they kept outside or are they house dogs. Most, of the 12 felons said they would not bother with a house with dogs, especially medium to large dogs, and barkers. They like I said above: in and out in less than 3-5 mins, no hassle.

Without a shadow of a doubt. We've seen on the show how much they are glued to their phones. AS IF they're just texting. Please. They're teenage girls. If it's not instagram it's snapchat or some other social media. Everybody is on it their age. Everybody. With rare exception a kid has no interest, and there is nothing about them that suggests they have no interest in it. Kate, you're a fool. The wolf population in the U.S. is VERY rare. There are only two states in the entire south who have even a hint of wolves and even then authorities are not sure. North Carolina is the only state in the south with a verified wolf pack, is that where she lives?

The twins have their phones glued to their hands like their mother. There is not a doubt that the girls are on social media. I saw the screen shots that Organics had and they looked legit to me because the girl in them was Mady's buddy from school. I absolutely believe Kate has allowed them a private account and she is pissed someone found out. Kate wants her sheep to believe she's about privacy. NOT.

Not that I believe her story, but IF true, and that's a big if, she needs to immediately inform animal control. It is a problem when wildlife that dangerous is going after dogs or that close to houses and people. It could be a sign they are rabid, or taking up scavenging behavior in neighborhoods.
The thing about it too is there's nothing wrong with allowing the twins instagram. They can be private accounts, Kate can be a follower and monitor it, and instagram is generally a pretty restrained area of social media and a good place for kids to start. I've seen tons of kids on it and never seen a problem. Social media is here to say, I'd rather kids start when they are still old enough to be monitored by parents.

OMG - Milo's latest "story" about standing her ground and fending off two wolves is 95% rotten baloney. If anything, I could see a neighbor dog running loose and chasing her dog around the corner.
Much more likely: She went outside and called the dogs to come in. One came right away. The other lagged behind. Off in the distance, Gladys hears a dog barking and *poof* that becomes two full grown wolves (snarling and drooling probably) chasing down her dog like prey, only to stop when they see her, tuck their tails between their legs and slink off.
I'm not surprised no one else in the house saw or heard anything, including her other dog! Because as we all know, dogs have poor hearing and scent, so most would completely miss the noise and smell of two wolves right outside their house. *eye roll*

I think I'd probably tune in to anything involving Vince Gilligan. I think you will like the show.

In answer to Admin's question about Milo living in NC, I'm pretty sure she lives in Georgia by certain clues she's given. And on top of that, she always roots for Atlanta teams.
The twins do have private Instagram accounts (I'm a friend of a friend, having grown up in the area). They're well-hidden and I believe they mainly use them to talk to friends rather than post their own photos. I agree with the posters saying Kate may not even know about the accounts. I think it's great that they're able to have some semblance of normalcy in their lives!
Since this is my first post here, I wanted to add something else re: the discussion about Kate interacting with locals at the yard sale. It IS funny that she was gushing so much about meeting so many great people in the area. She's lived here for years now, and no one has wanted to get to know her because of her attitude! I actually considered going to the yard sale out of sheer morbid curiosity, and I can say with confidence that that's the reason most Berks residents turned up. The yard sale was held before a new season of the show was announced, so I think many people were curious about what Kate was up to - you never see her around at community events or anything.
A while back (not this most recent time) someone tweeted Kate about instagram accts so I looked it up and saw an account that had pictures of the girls with friends wearing shirts with their school's initials. Someone commented that this was a fake account b/c they go to their school and they know that their accounts are private. I kink of believe that comment. I've got teenagers and they & all of their friends have social media, especially instagram.

Yes, exactly, and I think that they are giddy to the point of drooling with glee when she insults him. It just opens it up for them to bash even more, almost like they have her approval to do so, because, well, she did it first and so they continue trash talking him. When they do, they know that SHE knows that they are on her side and therefore she has sheeple in her corner supporting her in her hatred of him. There is no moral or ethical compass guiding any of them. They just tell her what she wants to hear, kids be darned.
When you think about it, their behavior really is "bizarre." It's definitely middle school mentality. Maturity-wise, they all appear to be on the same level. There's some fascinating stuff going on there, psychologically, in the world of Sheepdom support of a narcissist.
The problem with these darn interviews, such as the one Jon gave, is that you really don't know exactly what was said in what context because so much of it isn't printed.
When I read that he said that "all is good," I didn't understand that as meaning reality television and the shows and continuing to film them is acceptable, wonderful and good, but that all is good because they are in a school where they want to be, they are maturing, and it's good because they have kind of settled into their life with her, that he is happy in his work and he gets to see more and more of them; therefore, "all is good." I didn't interpret this to mean that he agrees with filming or that he has any desire to film with them.

I can't understand how he could watch the show and believe they're okay. Was it Winsome who said it would have been better to say nothing at all? I agree with that.

His "all good" statement wasn't the only thing he said. he said that the kids were better off financially, go to a private school, were more well-rounded and had more opportunities than he did. So, yes, he did say that filming was positive. he didn't say that there were no negatives--except that he doesn't have privacy. So maybe he is mixed about, but from what he said, he seems like he things that filming was a good thing. Which is another reason he shouldn't answer questions about the kids--he is muddled and contradictory. For people who have now had 10 years in the public eye, Neither of them have the ability to communicate clearly and consistently. He is saying that the paps were chasing him and the police said there is no evidence of that. He rear ended the lady in front of him who the lady had rear ended a woman who stopped 300 ft. before the traffic light. The police got Bruce to do a sobriety test.
I always knew there was going to be some kind of bad car crash in that family. I figured it would be one of the Jenner girls because they are always pictures of them jamming out at the wheel, texting, hands not on the wheel, speeding and getting pulled over and ticketed.
Now, it is Bruce, he walks away, unscathed but I am glad he didn't get hurt. But what gets me is, their lives will go on as if nothing ever happened. I know exactly where this area is and if he were going westbound away from Malibu town center he would be coming down a rather large hill past the Malibu bluffs, where you really should tap your breaks a bit instead of just coasting down.
The speed also goes up from either 40-45 to 50 about a quarter of a mile before there, which means people will go 60 or more.
I worked at the top of that hill. Freaking scary to pull in and out.
If he were pulling that trailer he would want to allow even more space between himself and the next car ahead, it would take much longer to stop.

Yes, and he was not the first involved. He was not the triggering event. The woman who died actually rear ended someone first who had suddenly slowed down. It sounds like they were all stopped when Bruce drove up to it and slammed her.
I tend to give more of the benefit of the doubt to cars that are at the end of the pileup rather than the beginning, the triggering event. We will have to see what the investigation entails.
Looking at phones is standard procedure now. Although, research shows talking to passengers in the car or changing the radio is just as bad as texting. Distracting driving in general is a problem, not just texting.

Have to say the most concise account I have read about Bruce Jneer's accident was in the New York Times. Everything else has added a lot of speculative gossip. IF it is true the driver of the first car stopped suddenly or early before the red light, it could have led to the now deceased driver's vehicle forced to brake fast and unfortunately hit the car in front of her. And unfortunately Jenner's heavy SUV had the added burden of towing a trailer with a vehicle ON it, which meant he would have needed more braking time, and may have been unfamiliar with towing as well. A veritable shitstorm, with sad consequences. But making Kardashian connections is unseemly and just plain extenuated gossip. The highway patrol have already discounted the paparazzi rumors too. I have also driven that highway many, many times and it is not a safe place, in many spots and for many reasons.
Also, Bruce Jenner offered to take the sobriety test. I am not sure the Daily Mail is the best source of factual information.

Yes, AND that hill. That hill is steep and if you misjudge the traffic in front of you in any way as you said it's a shitstorm. That one little stretch has had a lot of accidents over the years. I remember once when a bicyclist was killed near there if not right there.
I was skeptical that paparazzi were "chasing" him too or creating unsafe conditions, despite reports. That is extremely frowned upon in that area. Paparazzi in general either don't hang out there at all or if they do are extremely reserved. It's not like Bev. Hills or NYC where they will chase and hound you. The picture was before the crash - the long-view one (not the magnified close-up) shows his car, and it is undamaged.
As for who was at fault in the crash - apparently they can tell by examining the damage to the "middle car" whether the front was damaged first, or the back. If the front collision happened first, the middle car is at fault for the accident; if the back collision happened first, the back car is at fault. A co-worker of mine was the "middle car" in an accident (fortunately only property damage, no injuries). The first car stopped, she stopped, and the car in back of her hit her hard enough to push her into the car in front of her. Examination of her car's damage verified her version of events, and the last (third) car was found responsible for the damages to all 3 cars.
Of course, she still had to live without her car for too long while it was being repaired.
I just heard on the news that the police want to check Jenner's phone to see if he was texting while driving.
The main page of TMZ.com has photos of Bruce Jenner's SUV just before it hits the white car, and two as it is hitting, but the front of the white car is cut off so you cannot see if it may have already hit another car. I read that it hit a black Prius, but haven't seen any pics that show that car. I saw these pics on TMZ yesterday when the story was first breaking and wondered how they got that viewpoint, and right as it is hitting. It's fairly standard practice for investigating officers to check for cell phone usage when there's been an accident. I'm sorry for the family of the driver that died. Sounds very scary for all involved.

As to Jon's interview. I think each of us will interpret his words based on our pre-existing view of Jon. I don't believe he thinks filming the kids is fine. If I remember correctly, Kate was not impressed and even some of the fans were concerned about what a jackass Milo was making of herself.
In fact, tweets like this make her sound like a 12-year-old was tweeting, and Milo actually believed they had some kind of a personal relationship going on:

- apparently Collin was tasked with cleaning the shed single-handedly getting old toys, car seats etc out for the yard sale
-Kate told the girl tups one drawer of their new dressers was for 'crumblie-jumblies'
-Kate has always been known for taking care of babies and animals!!
- the kids except Collin do not find her antics funny
-the kids do not hug her much except Collin who would like to
-Alexis will have her own closet whole H and L will share: L was wearing H's top from the photo shoot but H would not wear A's top on the Maine trip
-at the party, none of the friends were shown on the trampoline, just at the cake table
-Kate claimed putting stickers on the kids and socks (?) at Skyzone was exhausting

-Mady invents words: a jillion years ago...
-they had some Pottery Barn boxes or bags: that's an expensive store for piercers & patchers

What I understand from the accident was the white Mercedes (dead woman's car) hit the black Prius, and then Bruce's car hit the back of her car. But the Mercedes was hit so hard, it spun into the other lane into on coming traffic. It was hit basically head on by the black Jeep. It sounds like her death and the great damage to the front of her car was from being hit from the black Jeep in the other lane. It is a shame that all those air bags did not save her. I never saw any photos of the black Prius.
You just have to laugh at the stupidity of the sheeple, especially this one. She found a twitter account with the handle of @KatePlusEightTV, which was opened in June 2014. It has only 2 tweets, and it looks like someone opened it to promote the specials from last June.
But the PH without the D thinks it's an impersonation account and is warning Kate about it.

The main page of TMZ.com has photos of Bruce Jenner's SUV just before it hits the white car, and two as it is hitting, but the front of the white car is cut off so you cannot see if it may have already hit another car. I read that it hit a black Prius, but haven't seen any pics that show that car.

I saw three pictures, all with the front of the white car cut off and no black Prius. BUT, one of the pics almost shows the front of the white car - shows one headlight and most of the hood, though not the front bumper. It doesn't look like the front of the white car has hit anything. The hood isn't distorted at all. It seems if there was a hit, it wasn't a very hard one.

CNN has an article about the car accident with accompanying video. It's a better explanation of what happened. You can also see the Prius, which was definitely rear ended. Jenner's SUV hit the Lexus, which caused it to be pushed into oncoming traffic and get hit but a Hummer.
It was just a chain reaction, which unfortunately led to someone's death and other's injuries.

KIAT, finally saw the black prius at the CNN link you provided. Then I found a recent article where a Sgt. Phillip Brooks poses an interesting question. There had to be someone on the other side of the road waiting to take photos to have gotten those photos on TMZ. Here's a copy/paste snippet from the article followed by the link:

It's clear that the horrific damage to the front end of the white Lexus was caused by the later collision with the Hummer, not before Bruce Jenner's car hit it.
In one of the articles, it was mentioned that the Lexus was hit by two of the largest and heaviest vehicles on the road, a Hummer and and Escalade. Except for transport trucks, they don't come any bigger than that. The poor lady didn't have a chance.
The road has been described in various places as steep, narrow, and winding (or some of the above), but in the pictures it looks like it's 5 lanes (not my idea of narrow) and at least that section is relative straight and flat.

It's not winding at that part, not like some of the canyon roads anyway. It curves just gently to the right or left depending on whether you are east or westbound. It is a four way highway for sure there, with a possibly fifth and sixth turning lane to go right up to Corral Canyon or left down into a little neighborhood of beach houses. It is wide and has good shoulders. There is a medium further up but I don't think there.
It IS extremely steep coming into that light. Extremely. You cannot be gunning it down that hill with the possibility of a red light coming up on you there, or anything else that isn't moving. It flattens out maybe 150 feet into that light, which is why it looks so flat in the pictures. 150 feet is not a lot of time for a big car.
I buy this. They are saying this morning the Prius was stopped 300 feet from that light. That would be at just about the point the medium ends.
She is claiming she was at the light but there is rarely a line of cars at that light, too remote out that way, and cops aren't buying it.
They suspect she was about to make a U turn, and I completely buy that because there are a row of two dozen houses and buildings on the ocean side blocked by a medium. That is where I worked and you NEVER make a U turn to get into there, far too dangerous on the hill. You're SUPPOSED to turn right into the parking lot across the street where the medium breaks, then making a left from there. But that does tend to take a bit longer. It's safer though. But, I can't tell you how many people I saw popping a U-y at the bottom of that hill to get to that part of the highway. It was only a matter of time before something horrific happened.

TLC has a lot of new shows coming up, Duggars, Little Couple, etc are back, so TFW's shows were likely a fill in post HBB.
I do think TLC will continue K+ 8 update specials periodically and I seriously believe that there was some "legal agreement" after the Blankinship reveal- we are talking about "Miss, Can I sue?"
Regardless, all of the most recent K +8 shows contain dysfunction, anger, kids out of control or completely silent, never mind boring. (yes I do watch You Tube). I think CA gave her a boost, as they ran at same time, but her show is so unpalatable, as viewing chaos, anger, spoiled or sassy kids or "checked out" kids is not where MOST want to see the kids go.

Another thought about this over-the-top Chicken Little reaction to
Instagram. Where was the fans' outrage with the Bill Blankinship
revelation? Someone involved in child pornography had access to
hundreds of hours of footage of the G kids in various stages of
undress, as well as complete nudity. But once TFW tweeted,
"NEVER HEARD OF HIM," they had to follow her lead.
Move along - nothing to see here.
Fast forward a few years, and TFW gets wind that there might
be pictures of her children out there that she hasn't approved
(read: gotten paid for), and that's gotten her attention. And if
it matters to Mama G (*shudder*), it matters to the fans.
I hope Jon has helped M & C get Instagram accounts, so they
have just a sliver of normalcy in their circus of a life. And if there's
a "don't tell Mom" proviso involved...well, I don't think it'd be too
hard to get them to agree to that.
I didn't see the paint-drop fiasco, but I've found that baby wipes are
awesome for quick clean-ups of just about anything. Then again,
I would've brought ginger ale, saltines, and 8 changes of clothes on
that deep-sea fishing trip (a/k/a Vomitpalooza), so what do I know?

I think Mr. Painter Man was pissed at Kate for letting those kids paint on the walls. She makes extra work for people that is totally unnecessary. If she had to paint those rooms herself, you can bet there would have been no #funtime with paints beforehand.
Same with the smashing pumpkins game. The carpenter had to take time out to help her make her stupid targets. The kids didn't even enjoy the game because it sucked.

I would think that's better than him leaving the property, running on the road and getting hit by a car. We had a invisible fence, and in no time at all, our dog knew exactly where the boundary was and wouldn't get near it. Shoka probably knows, too, and stays far enough away that he doesn't get shocked.
I'm confused about the flea collar, though. Those things really aren't much good. Maybe she does use a good flea/tick product on him, but the guidelines state that they should not be used with a flea collar. With her, who knows?

Blowing in the wind: Kate, sated several times that the dog gets groomed every week. Either, Kate takes the dog there or the groomers send a car/van to pick the dog up. So, since the dog gets groomed every week, then, yeah, why a flea collar, that seems like overkill.
I still, keep my dogs in the house. That is their job to watch the house from the inside. It would be pointless to have them outside, since my dogs would only be able to protect the backyard, then the robbers can breakin in the front or side of the house. At Kates place, it is pointless, cause, all the robbers have to do is give the dog food with sleeping pills, or something to knock him out, and they can rob the house. Does not matter if you have an alarm, that can be cut. I went to a lecture on home safety. They had some felons , who were will to give advice on how to protect your home, from being robbed. They said, they can rob a home in less than 3-5 mins. They case the neighborhood, to see when people come & go, then if and what kind of dogs you have, are they big dogs-vs-little dogs, and are they friendly or barkers and not friendly and are they kept outside or are they house dogs. Most, of the 12 felons said they would not bother with a house with dogs, especially medium to large dogs, and barkers. They like I said above: in and out in less than 3-5 mins, no hassle.

Without a shadow of a doubt. We've seen on the show how much they are glued to their phones. AS IF they're just texting. Please. They're teenage girls. If it's not instagram it's snapchat or some other social media. Everybody is on it their age. Everybody. With rare exception a kid has no interest, and there is nothing about them that suggests they have no interest in it. Kate, you're a fool. The wolf population in the U.S. is VERY rare. There are only two states in the entire south who have even a hint of wolves and even then authorities are not sure. North Carolina is the only state in the south with a verified wolf pack, is that where she lives?
And you know what assuming you are in an area with wolves why on God's green earth are you allowing two poor little puppies to be off leash?? It's just like in CA with the coyotes, you do NOT allow your dog off leash in certain areas including my neighborhood. At dusk I don't even allow him to go the length of the lead. He's an appetizer.

Not that I believe her story, but IF true, and that's a big if, she needs to immediately inform animal control. It is a problem when wildlife that dangerous is going after dogs or that close to houses and people. It could be a sign they are rabid, or taking up scavenging behavior in neighborhoods.
The thing about it too is there's nothing wrong with allowing the twins instagram. They can be private accounts, Kate can be a follower and monitor it, and instagram is generally a pretty restrained area of social media and a good place for kids to start. I've seen tons of kids on it and never seen a problem. Social media is here to say, I'd rather kids start when they are still old enough to be monitored by parents.

OMG - Milo's latest "story" about standing her ground and fending off two wolves is 95% rotten baloney. If anything, I could see a neighbor dog running loose and chasing her dog around the corner.
Much more likely: She went outside and called the dogs to come in. One came right away. The other lagged behind. Off in the distance, Gladys hears a dog barking and *poof* that becomes two full grown wolves (snarling and drooling probably) chasing down her dog like prey, only to stop when they see her, tuck their tails between their legs and slink off.
I'm not surprised no one else in the house saw or heard anything, including her other dog! Because as we all know, dogs have poor hearing and scent, so most would completely miss the noise and smell of two wolves right outside their house. *eye roll*

I didn't see it either, but I've done plenty of interior painting in my time. I'll admit, I'm not the neatest. I put down drop clothes and I tape off, etc. But no matter what, I always get paint where I don't want it. I always keep wet paper towels (the sturdier blue kind) nearby to wipe up the accidental drips and drabs. For those I miss at the time, I've found that once the drip has dried (say on the linoleum floor), it's very easy to gently scrape off. Kate just likes to make a scene and make the involved child feel bad. That's her thing. Anytime she can put down her child, scold him or her for being stupid, wrong, clumsy, whatever - she'll jump at that opportunity. Miserable gestational carrier that she is.

Milo is getting desperate in her attempts to get some attention from her Queen. Those "wolves" were probably just a couple of squirrels running around looking for some nuts. They must have thought they hit the mother lode when they came upon Gladys.
By the way, I find it hard to believe that her dog Jack didn't smell the wolves and bark like crazy--he couldn't have been asleep that long?

The twins do have private Instagram accounts (I'm a friend of a friend, having grown up in the area). They're well-hidden and I believe they mainly use them to talk to friends rather than post their own photos. I agree with the posters saying Kate may not even know about the accounts. I think it's great that they're able to have some semblance of normalcy in their lives!
Since this is my first post here, I wanted to add something else re: the discussion about Kate interacting with locals at the yard sale. It IS funny that she was gushing so much about meeting so many great people in the area. She's lived here for years now, and no one has wanted to get to know her because of her attitude! I actually considered going to the yard sale out of sheer morbid curiosity, and I can say with confidence that that's the reason most Berks residents turned up. The yard sale was held before a new season of the show was announced, so I think many people were curious about what Kate was up to - you never see her around at community events or anything.
