The punishment was a $1500 fine. She also owes $25,000 in other attorney's fees to Jon (oh sweet irony). Kate must obtain Jon's consent for any future filming and provide a production schedule. The dispute stems from the "lost" College Bound episode that aired last October. The deadline for the 25k is looming quickly, it is due Dec 31.
